Our issues were with the property. The elevator was out of order, our room door (205) had to be lifted slightly to have the door to latch, and the shower head leaked when it was on and the water would dribble onto the bathroom floor. None of these would keep me from recommending this hotel. The are just observations.

The elevator was not working so being on the second floor with luggage was hard. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

This was a very nice place to stay! All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Alyssa, (Daisy),Valerie and Nick at the front desk were all so helpful and accommodating this week. Whether it was for clean towels, bathroom accessories, extra foam padding for the couch bed or providing advice on local restaurants and stores, they were great! Sonja, who prepared the entire breakfast layout each morning, made me feel like I was at my grandmother's house. She took such pride in the food and the area. All tasted fresh and she kept the area very clean. All housekeeping were friendly as well. Overall, a great experience. A great place to stay when you have to work out of town.

Very clean and good breakfast. Even though the outdoor patio was closed off and the dryers take hours, the machine still did the job. I’d stay there again.

Water pressure was extremely low but they said it was due to a fully booked because of high school graduations.

Elevator was out of service. Had to take stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage. The carpet smelled very bad.

Elevator was non-functional, stairwell was dirty, pool was on heated, hot tub not working. Staff was very helpful and wonderful.

Close to location Front doors were not working, and the walls were very dirty in the room. You could see stains all over. Our curtains were completely ripped apart. I had to use a hairclip to close

Room was clean and comfortable. Just took over an hour to settle in a room and gave up on a working microwave.

Room could use a face lift, black out curtains I had to use a hair clip due to them being torn. Night guy had no issue to sit in chair kick back and watch videos before we could get out of lobby.. other than that good.

The room was ok but there were hairs on the toilet, shower and my pillows smelled like lotion/cologne on one side so I’m unsure if they were switched

Great service at check in, breakfast bar is great, the elevator went out while I was there but my ossue wasnt woth that. The issue was the faucet in the tub dripped and water pressure was horrible. This is my third stay here but this s the only issue i have had with this hotel out of the three stays.
