The staff were pleasant. I could not watch tv, du to internet issue. I contacted the staff. I was told maintenance was not available. The breakfast was good.

The front desk person was polite and helped us with the cancellation. Facility wise, there was nothing to like. The entire place was dirty from the parking lot to the room. My room in particular had clothes that someone had left behind. The bathrooms were disgusting, the entire room smelled moldy. We literally walked into the room, saw the conditions and walked straight to the front desk to cancel our reservation.

All outside trash stayed over flowing. The particular Room I was in could use a new tub (was chipped everywhere it was painted but didn'tmake it very appealingif i wantedto sit and take a bath.)and sink ( had a big crack in it). As for everything else

Very outdated, needs a new look and remodel I don’t see myself coming back I checked out the same day and booked a completely different hotel.

Room wasn't clean when we entered. It wasn't ready at the time posted on website. The toilet and shower leaked in the middle of the night and both were backed up and and water was coming into the main room when we woke up. We couldn't use bathroom in the morning at all because of the mess.

Thank yall so mych..traveling with family in my bday and this place was a much needed stop..comfy and clean..but the staff.. they are incredibly wonderful..so helpful and kind..Renee the housekeeper keeps the place so clean.. the gentleman who groundskerps does so great and the front desk staff are so very helpful and kind.. thank you all so much
