Treatment. Oh also requested a call from management regarding this but no response from them. The house keepers were nice.

$100 deposit us too high. Pool waterfall was off was very disappointing.

The property and room was quite nice. Pool is very nice. The only downside for us was breakfast. They had “to go bags” which was pretty lame.

Hotel had insufficient efforts to keep out people not actually staying there. It felt VERY unsafe.

The room cleaning service was lacking

Clean room , comfortable beds . The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I checked it around 10 pm. I was alone and only looking for a space to sleep. The front desk has a note about how they don't accept credit cards from about 20 different banks (one being Navy Federal Credit Union) which was odd. Oddly American Express was ok. Breakfast was 7-9am. I got into my room and immediately noticed the bugs. A lot of ants, flying insects, and spiders. Im guessing this is due to the nearly 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door.The security lock had the screws ripped out of the metal door frame as if someone had to break down the door while one was barricaded inside. The air conditioner barely worked, but it made it through the night. In the morning I we t to take a shower before heading out, but decided against it as the tub had dozens of dead bugs in it. This place had all the charm and accommodations of the Triangle Inn in Jacksonville, NC circa 2003. I cant imagine what dire straits one must be in to eat the breakfast. The grace I can shed is that I paid roughly 100 dollars, including tax, and didnt have to subject my family to it. It had a bed, door, and a place to park.

Room need to be refurbished like yesterday had to get another room bcus afyer being inside the 1st one I got I started to feel dizzy aka mold yes mold I've works in the industry and I know what that means got another room the smell on was only a bit better was manage to stay there there was German roaches in the room and that door for the room I locked it and went to check if it was locked and I can tell u that a 10 y/o child can knock that door open yeah it was a cheaper stay than other hotels in that area but damn the whole you get what you pay for definitely applied to that room sadly won't be staying there again management or whoever own the place really need to concider updating/refurbishing those rooms asap.

I've been staying here for years. I am glad they brought back breakfast but it's not a hot breakfast but better than nothing. The pool is still amazing. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice. The only issue I had is being charged more than my reservation said I'd be charged and I'm not sure what changed in the system but because the manager was off on vacation I have not yet been refunded. It's been several days now and just waiting for George to return.
