Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys

Meed to use different cleaning agent, it smell like a cheap hospital, rest apart everything was perfect

Rooms were smelling bad and too many mosquitoes. They need to change their carpets in the room which smells bad. Linen was also dirty. Breakfast was okay but great.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights. For the most part it an good stay. Breakfast was good. The front desk service was great. We stayed for 2 nights and drove to key west. Its a great location if you don't wanna pay hotels in key west and this hotel is very close to the Florida Keys outlet mall, right behind a gas station and Dennys Restaurant. So We would stay again.

Bed was super old with a huge dent in it. Super uncomfortable bed with flat pillows. Loud wall unit ac going on and off all night. It was the cheapest option so it's what I expected. If you're just staying one night it's fine but I wouldn't recommend anything longer than a night or your back will hate you.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming We were disappointed that all the plates, cups, cutlery, and other breakfast items were disposable plastic. It created a lot of unnecessary waste and wasn’t environmentally friendly. I hope the hotel will consider switching to reusable or more sustainable alternatives.

Clean room. Plenty of towels. Property was immaculate. Staff was super helpful!!! Needed to make an emergency trip back home and they helped make Uber arrangements.

Perfect location to a lot of things. Easy access to the Keys and to the Turnpike! Nice staff. Clean rooms.

Staff were all genuinely friendly. Not the fake kind of friendly you often get, these guys were all so nice and helpful and brightened up my day. The room was clean and simple. The breakfast was also great. Great location for going to the Keys. There was nothing I didn't like, but obviously set your expectations that this place is at the lower end of the budget. There was a smell of marijuana as we walked to our room from the car.

Breakfast was good! The staff there were attentive to the needs and made efforts to make sure that it was a good breakfast experience. Nothing.

great location and rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable ? The breakfast area was a bit crowded and organized in a way that made it hard to get things without difficulties. Getting waffles was difficult because of the way everything was organized and how people were standing in the way. I just think things could be organized a bit better so everything could go a bit more smoothly.
