Prices, room, clean, service, breakfast and other were met my satisfaction.

I would say the worst part of the experience was the staff, they were not very welcoming. The front desk were just very quiet and wouldn’t really acknowledge you. Could be better.

Location was lacking and not up to the normal standards for the brand.

While the location is perfect and the breakfast was great, the rooms fell short. Our initial room had a bad odor, so we asked for a change. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us alternative rooms; unfortunately, several of them either smelled or had AC issues.

It is a nice, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable, and both the bedroom and bathroom are spacious. If you plan to travel back and forth to Miami, be aware that the drive is a bit long, especially if you choose to avoid toll roads.

The hotel is a perfect base for exploring the Florida keys, Everglades National Park, and Formula 1 race venue. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds provided a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good.

Check in was easy and quick. Parking is easy and plenty for everyone. My only issue that keeps this from 5 stars is that both days my wife and i was there, we were not able to get breakfast. There was a lot of people in the dining room and there was not enough food or seating. Everything was empty and the apple juice was very weak. Nothing was being brought out to keep up for everyone. Both days were the same. So we had to settle paying for breakfast elsewhere which was very disappointing!

For the price, this hotel was far beyond a 5 Star!! Definitely booking again when in the area.

No complaints! Customer service was fast and friendly. There was a line when checking in but it moved quickly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed my bacon biscuit and the delicious cinnamon roll. Coffee is also good!
