The room's fridge was broken, and the replacement fridge they brought was also broken; we were moved to a different room, but the air conditioning unit smelled musty, the bathtub door seals had green mold, the shower leaked water out into the bathroom, the bed sheets were stained. Two hours before we were due to check out the house man opened the room door without permission while I was naked in the bathroom—I was nearly seen completely unclothed. They charge $10.00 a day for parking but give you a slip stating the hotel isn't liable for any damage or vandalism to your car; in all my years of staying at hotels, I have never been charged for parking. I asked to speak to the manager in charge but was told they weren't available. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel at all @ The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Homestead Florida City at 60 SW 352nd Street, Florida City, FL 33034.

The first room we were in, we inspected the room before bringing up our luggage. My wife turned back the sheets, and there was an ant in the bed. Upon further inspection, multiple ants were in the room. We went to the front desk, they moved us to another room with a king bed, it was better. Breakfast was good, the coffee however left much to be desired.

We had a great experience staying overnight, the staff were very professional and helpful, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice linens, our room was large, with a sofa and two televisions in our room, and breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Breakfast was a bit lacking. They did not have much variety. If you are looking for a waffle maker, there were none.

The price was reasonable. when the maid service did my room they took part of the dirty towels and left the rest, and never made my bed up.

However, we both 2 nights, one directly through the hotel and we did not receive room service at all.

The breakfast was good, but the Customer Service was excellent! The hotel smells nice, has beautifully clean sheets, and all the nooks and crannies seemed well polished. We’ve stayed here over the years and it is always a sure decision and a quality stay. Thank you management for keeping the property so well maintained!

Nothing they haven’t clean my room on the 4 nights I spent there even when I ask to clean nobodhou up and don’t give me a clean towels

The only issue we had was an undisclosed parking fee of $10.00. Not really a big deal just wish it had been disclosed prior.
