Excellent facility and very well maintained. Friendly staff and Breakfast are great. Suite (Room) is very spacious, and bathroom is super clean and excellent. My family was very satisfied with their stay.

Nothing They changed the date of my stay trying to cover up owing me money. I booked from July 2-5 then paid an extra day (the 6th). Now the date is saying July 1-4th smh. I can most definitely prove I did not book for July 1-4, then stayed until the 6th. Beware, I see some fraudulent activity going on. They would rather try to cover it up than do the right thing and give me back my money. It’s sad how hateful people are in this world. I most definitely will not stop until I get my money back!!!

I mistakenly booked a day short. I wanted to book from July 2-6 but booked July 2-5. Thinking I had the room for an extra night; They did not put us out of the room and gave me an opportunity to pay. I paid through booking.com After I checked out, the charged my debit card without my authorization for a night that I had already paid for. They stole my money!!! They double charged me for one night and won’t give me back my money. Check your statement before checking out. I have been waiting on them to work with me about giving me my money back for weeks now. But now I have to report them as fraud.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean and well kept. It is close to everything and I would definitely book again.

We did a week long trip in Florida and this was by far the best family hotel. We stay at and every other hotel was great. Staff was amazing! They were friendly and had a fun attitude. The Location was perfect for our family and traveling over southeast Florida when we come back on a future trip we’re definitely staying here again.
