I did not like this hotel , security approached my lady asking for sexual favors , when he was denied he started making lies and accusations about her . The management came to tell me she was a known prostitute I felt so disrespected this company should be ashamed of themself im disgusted with my stay here and the mistaken identity is disrespectful. I’ll never stay here again “ Mostly the staff was horrible obvious that they dident like me for no reason I’m astounded and appalled.

I love staying here the rooms are clean, good breakfast free parking very safe the staff is awesome the pool is clean relaxing tiki huts all around the property. If you are going to the Florida keys this hotel is the best place to stay at and the prices are reasonable. I stay here at least once a month.

My stay is good except the room key issue.
-
Location to the Everglades and price. Basic but expected and paid for that. Upholstered chair and desk chair in room both very grubby.

This was the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The room was dirty. The mattress was old and worn out and sank in the middle. There were stains and hair on the sheet and even the towels. The receptionist was very rude and acted really weird.I felt uncomfortable the whole time.

I have no words to say about this hotel, everything is good: the reception, the reasonable price, the available parking right in front of the room, and there is breakfast (though I woke up late and didn't go). The only thing that ruined my mood and changed my perspective was a Latin housekeeping lady in her 30s—I didn't see her name. She was violent, angry, and aggressive. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, and I was running a little late, thinking check-out was at 12:00 PM. She knocked on my door at 11:00 AM, and I apologized to her, saying I would leave within ten minutes. Only a short while later, she started knocking violently on my door, asking in an aggressive manner, and screaming in my face to get out in an unprofessional and insulting way. I didn't react to her behavior; instead, I left quickly and filed a complaint at the front desk. However, they didn't do anything and just said, "She is nice and good." How can that is the case? Is this how customers are treated? She needs to be taught how to respect customers, especially since this hotel is good in every aspect. The manager really needs to fix this issue because it is a clean hotel with a reasonable price, and it's not right for someone like her to ruin all the hard work. Customer service is very important, and what she did was completely unprofessional. I told her "ten minutes and I'll leave," and even if I was late, she shouldn't have acted this way. I could have paid a late check-out fee, which is normal…

Roaches in the rooms as well as ants.

Wish they had more variety for breakfast. Also swimming pool open after 8pm. After a long day drive kids wanted to play in the water but couldn't Saying that I would definitely go again.

I spent one night at this centrally located, reasonably priced and quiet motel close to many amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. My non smoking room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave, plenty of storage space and bathtub with shower. Hotel staff were all courteous and professional. I was able to park my car directly in front of my room. The swimming pool area seemed well maintained. The motel offers a complimentary continental breakfast for guests. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting Homestead.
