There is a comparable across the street that is better quality. This hotel was okay, but it was outdated and had a musky odor. Breakfast was lacking. The price does not fit the quality.

Room was clean. Elevator was broken , had to climb the stairs with bags. Room hallway was not air conditioned, very warm

In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items.

Clean and breakfast

This is the only hotel we stay at when attending the Wilder Coaching Clinic every summer. It’s ima convenient location, it’s affordable and most importantly the staff is great! They are very accommodating and have a great continental breakfast.

Everything was great until the elevator broke. My room was on the 4th floor.

My children were eaten up by bed bugs.

This was our 3rd stay but will be our last. Black mold on wall and curtains, toilet had not been cleaned. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. The beds were comfy. Sparse breakfast but good coffee.

Had excellent stay overnight. Hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants, was very quiet. Quick checkin even late ay night. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great about this place

Although did not get fresh towels consistently, nor received coffee pods/ cups. Although when asked any of the house keeping staff on our floor - they readily take care of us.

Staff. Clean. Location. Coffee anytime in lobby. Good price - best deal in flowood and one of the best deals in Jackson. Very safe No waffle maker at breakfast. The pancake machine doesn’t make good pancakes. Otherwise breakfast is okay
