Best Western Plus Flowood Inn & Suites

This was our 3rd stay but will be our last. Black mold on wall and curtains, toilet had not been cleaned. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. The beds were comfy. Sparse breakfast but good coffee.

Had excellent stay overnight. Hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants, was very quiet. Quick checkin even late ay night. Will definitely stay again.

Although did not get fresh towels consistently, nor received coffee pods/ cups. Although when asked any of the house keeping staff on our floor - they readily take care of us.

Staff. Clean. Location. Coffee anytime in lobby. Good price - best deal in flowood and one of the best deals in Jackson. Very safe No waffle maker at breakfast. The pancake machine doesn’t make good pancakes. Otherwise breakfast is okay

The room was cozy and to bed like a cloud. Breakfast was the best. Eggs was fluffy not dry like most hotels.

Stayed 2 days, the breakfast was nice when available. The 2nd day, they stopped replenishing the scrambled eggs 30 minutes before they claimed the breakfast window ended. The staff was very friendly.

Clean room. Very nice lady checked me in. Quiet location. Water pressure could have been better in shower but we made it. Everything else in room was great.

Great location, convenient parking, and a very good breakfast. However, the hotel feels outdated, with worn furniture, old carpeting, and even holes in the curtains. The lobby and rooms were also unusually dark. The property could benefit from some updates and better lighting.

Room was comfortable and clean as well as lobby and hallways. Location was convenient and seemed quiet and relatively safe.

Simple breakfast. Staff great. Room clean. Lots of parking. We’d stay here again.

The pool and area The breakfast host was very rude and unprofessional.

Location and cleanliness The floor of the tub was extremely slippery and another handrail was needed. When we went to check out we were told our checkout had been completed based on housekeeping saying we had left the room; however someone was in our room until we left it to checkout. We had also planned to pay cash at checkout and were told that we could not because our credit card had been used to process the premature check out and that we should have said at check-in that we would want to use cash at checkout. We were not aware that was a stipulation.
