Staybridge Suites Flowood Nw Jackson by IHG

The location was very convenient and easy to get to from Millsaps College. There was plenty of places to eat and shop. Staff was very friendly and the room was quiet and clean. Everything was great.

There' was also no cheese or a working juice dispenser for breakfast

I like the fact that there was ample lighting and that it was clean It was quiet, clean, well lit

Staff was incredibly rude. Hotel was not clean. All staff had rude attitude, bad experience all around. Go somewhere else.

Not being wiped. The bathroom had a lot of hair. The lady at the front desk was so busy on her AirPods she couldn’t even hear us talk. She also spoke very strange, I think it’s because her AirPods are on and she doesn’t realize she’s not speaking loud enough or very clear.

Nice & spacious room. Great location.

The quiet environment and the clean hotel. I always have a great stay. The staff is really nice and I have not been disappoint and I have stayed several times. I have no negative comments.

Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. Then the next take the breakfast person did not show for work so I assume the front desk had to make things work. She was Very rude and not polite at all. Also I don’t believe she took it in consideration that everyone can’t drink milk because it was nothing to drink but Old coffee and tea. It was way too many kids there. She didn’t even make the waffle batter which most kids like.

I liked the breakfast and the staff! That I had to bother the night staff for stuff the housekeepers should have taken care of when they set the room up for the next guest! Dirty shower curtain, used linen for the pull out bed! Taking way too long to receive my deposit back when I know I left the room in GREAT standing!

First time at a Staybridge The check in was great! Even with a little hitch on my part. The beds were comfy, great having a small kitchen, TV's in both the sitting area and bedroom. Water was hot immediately. The breakfast was very good. Check out was quick and easy. The only downside was the pool closed for repairs. Not that was not a deal breaker.

Our room was listed as wheelchair-accessible, but in reality it was not. It was obviously designed by someone who has never used a wheelchair. The bed was blocking the bathroom door, the toilet seat was impossibly low, even for my fully mobile spouse kids. Also, the beds were too high to get into without help climbing up. When we reported the issue, the staff tried to be as helpful as possible, by switching us to another room, but it had the same problem. I’ve stayed here before I had mobility issues, and it was fine. However, this hotel no longer meets my needs.

Everything about the stay was good, location, convenience, comfort, safe, clean, nice smell, breakfast, social hour..10 out of 10 I don't know what it is with hotels and their toilets but this and my hotel stay the week before this one had really low toilets they were almost on the bathroom floor, very uncomfortable and difficult to get up when you suffer from knee pain and even if you don't; however, they are very child friendly

Staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet surroundings. Clean rooms and grounds.

It was clean and comfy. Bonus it had a indoor pool for the kids to get some energy out after being in a car all day Nothing was wrong with our stay

We stayed here on 2 different occasions within 2 weeks time. The first room we rented was so clean and spotless. It was on the first floor. The second room was on the 6th floor and you could tell it had not been cleaned. Thank goodness for Lysol wipes. I had to wipe the counters, tables, door knobs, faucets. It was like a kid w/ sticky hands had been staying in there before us. Food on the floor in the kitchen. Very doubtful the sheets had been washed. For the price, it should have been clean.

Clean room, staff friendly and helpful, kitchen was very accommodating and parking was good.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Texas and once we got to the lobby, it smelled like someone threw up and it was hot in the lobby. The room looked clean but what we didn’t notice was that it had bed bugs!!!! My entire family came back with bites all over our body. Please beware if you stay here. I won’t be staying here ever again.

When we checked in we found our room right away but found that we had not been given toiletries and told the staff.Housekeeping staff seemed very rushed and we ended getting our own towels off the cart left in the hal
