Clean room. Family friendly. Staff were friendly and hospitality was great! Dining room area had many sections to choose, to sit. Parking was free and accessible.

Dirty!!! Floor is dirty, shower is dirty, no bags in trash cans unless tou want to put them in yourself! Hair on shower walls, dried booger on wall, trash behind toilet,. Breakfast attendant was amazing, friendly and so helpful. Front desk staff was rude at check in and check out! Our room only had 3 towels for 5 people and were told there were no kore towels available. Will never stay at a Staybridge again!

The hotel was clearly newer and pretty well maintained. Complaints are there was no ice machine (or ice at all it seems) and the breakfast was lacking. Pool was green and there were sanitizer stations everywhere but no sanitizer. No huge complaints, just small things that could have been better.

They don’t have ice makers for guests. We requested extra pillows and were told there were none available. That’s crazy to me. You had pillows, you were just too lazy to go and get them.

Check-in was fast and staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I can’t believe this hotel has a rating above 8. When we arrived, no one was there to check us in. Another staff member had to go searching for someone to check us in. From there it only went downhill. My kids wanted to go to the pool, but we went back to our room after one glance. It smelled terrible, the water was murky and greenish, it was just gross. My daughter and I both slipped and fell while in the shower because the tub was so slippery, it was super dangerous. There were no ice machines anywhere, and their “pantry” was severely understocked. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, we will never ever stay at any Staybridge location ever again, I can only assume this is the level of quality they all offer.

Staff was incredibly rude. Hotel was not clean. All staff had rude attitude, bad experience all around. Go somewhere else.

Nice & spacious room. Great location.

The quiet environment and the clean hotel. I always have a great stay. The staff is really nice and I have not been disappoint and I have stayed several times. I have no negative comments.

Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. Then the next take the breakfast person did not show for work so I assume the front desk had to make things work. She was Very rude and not polite at all. Also I don’t believe she took it in consideration that everyone can’t drink milk because it was nothing to drink but Old coffee and tea. It was way too many kids there. She didn’t even make the waffle batter which most kids like.

I liked the breakfast and the staff! That I had to bother the night staff for stuff the housekeepers should have taken care of when they set the room up for the next guest! Dirty shower curtain, used linen for the pull out bed! Taking way too long to receive my deposit back when I know I left the room in GREAT standing!

First time at a Staybridge The check in was great! Even with a little hitch on my part. The beds were comfy, great having a small kitchen, TV's in both the sitting area and bedroom. Water was hot immediately. The breakfast was very good. Check out was quick and easy. The only downside was the pool closed for repairs. Not that was not a deal breaker.
