Everything about our stay was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean, and the pool was so relaxing. We will be staying again soon!!

Excellent generally. I think it was a bit understaffed. But the workers were very nice.

A Staycation with my Grandaughters and they loved every minute. The pool and lazy river was just what they were looking for. Room service breakfast and Starbucks without leaving the Hotel.

Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available

Staff were excellent! Every employee we interacted with was great. From check-in, pool attendants, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We chose the Sheraton Flowood for the pool and lazy river. We where a little disappointed. We are from the Austin, Texas area and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa several times. We thought that the Flowood would have a similar layout. It does not. The lazy river pool are very small. Also different sized tubes would be a very good idea. Smaller children can not use the tubes that are supplied. Watch slightly older children (not teens) get bored very quickly.

Too expensive not to have a microwave in the room. Also when I went downstairs to ask if they had one I was told no.

Great place to stay hotel is clean and quiet very comfortable everything is walkable in downtown deadwood food in town is great food at hotel was good every one is friendly drove to several different places Devils tower WY Mt Rushmore,Crazy horse memorials Custer state park wildlife every where

The staff was great, the room was clean and the mattress was great and comfortable.

Good location and clean The amount I paid and didn’t get access to any of the amenities. Also was told several different times breakfast was not included only to find out the continental breakfast was but the staff didn’t explain to my family that it was two different breakfast options… was very disappointing for my children. Also the young lady that worked the coffee bar area was so rude and very race bias as well! Very awful behavior towards my family and I.

Beautiful location, good gym, nice facilities. There was an adjustable table for using a laptop in the room. I am 6’ tall. Between the height of the table at its lowest height, and the fact the chair is a low, fixed height, my laptop was just below shoulder level. I am a safety engineer. This is a HORRIBLE ergonomic set up. I couldn’t use my laptop on the table while there.
