Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center

Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint is bar areas being adjacent to check-in desk. Not against having a bar area. But bad choice for its location. When my husband and I returned to hotel Saturday night, it was like walking into a party full of drunks. There were people and couples hanging out right there drinking, swearing and carrying on. Not appropriate for those who bring their children and grandchildren for a fun get away.

Beautiful property! Great amenities and friendly staff. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Safe location Bathroom was not clean, room had a smoke smell.

As newlyweds, my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast served every morning was delicious. Can’t wait to visit again possibly for an anniversary one day!

Overall VERY clean, staff was friendly, easy check in/out, room key pool access only! Went on a weekend, where random guest can access the rooftop lounge/bar area, so my family and I had to wait a little minute to access the elevators to get to our room! Should be a room-key elevator for guest only! Also, that there is no designated parking area for overnight hotel guest!

This is wonderful facility, staff is very helpful and kind. I couldn’t more highly recommend!

The only minor downside was that some restaurants and dining options outside of the hotel were a little farther away than we expected, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all and certainly wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was comfortable, the pool area was a huge hit with the kids, and we’d definitely consider staying here again when we’re in the Flowood area!

Nice hotel with pool and rooftop bar. Good location

Relatively new, very well maintained hotel. Beautiful golf course surrounding, wonderful pool/lazy river. Rooftop bar has amazing sunset views.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and loved the pool area. We will for sure be back to stay again.

The pool bar was closed so the swim up bar was a bust. The restaurant was terrible. I ordered a steak and it was so salty I could t eat it. I sent it back and the second one was just as salty. The highlight was the downstairs bar. Service was great. Drinks were great. Appetizers were very good.
