No rolling carts for luggage. Really? They said they had 3 but I searched every floor. Other than that, good place.

Clean room and friendly staff! Will definitely return!

Everything was great. The breakfast was great. Will stay again.

Lobby area was nice, but under construction during my stay. Rooms were okay, but could use some updating. Rooms had two bath towels so went and asked for more as there were four people in my double room, was told there were none and I would have to wait and ask the next day.

can not complain all clean , water at the swimming pool nice and clean, fitness center, all equipment working and spacious, very nice people at the front desk

The bathroom was half clean, I couldn’t enjoy the sunshine in the morning because the shade was broken it wouldn’t go up. Also when I arrived there were two staff members that was at the desk one was being trained. But a third person came up while I was finishing up and didn’t say anything no hi how are you or nothing. I thought that was rude. I’ll find other accommodation next time I don’t take being rude lightly. For the price I paid for one night I would’ve expected top tier service.

The location We arrived to a room with no tv and the toilet didn’t flush. We got moved to another room, which was a bit better with things working, tv etc. but this place is rundown, offers feee breakfast and then they charge 14.99 for breakfast. The pool was closed as was the bar. All in all very disappointing!

Breakfast was not great and the pool was not in use.

As I appreciate the improvements that will be available after the renovation is complete I was disappointed that the pool was closed. Things like that should be made known at the time of booking.

Everyone friendly and helpful staff was great answer all questions and very helpful kid friendly

overall it was as an ok stay but the shower had mold in it and the shower door didn't close properly.

Check-in was good, and the staff was friendly. I would have liked to know that we were not going to get housekeeping in between nights. We arrived late to room to have to go back downstairs to get clean towels since we were only given two bath towels. Our shower door was not closing correctly I reported it and we were woken up at 8:00 am on Saturday to the maintenance coming to look at the door because he was told we checked out of our room, not the case. They had started cleaning the room above us about the same time and we could hear everything the housekeeping staff was doing above us. Then as we were leaving the hotel. I let the front desk know that we were not gonna be in our room to let Maintenance know that they were able to go back in the room to fix it. No one showed back up to fix it so on Saturday night we had to take another shower with the door open water leaking everywhere with only two bath towels again.

Would have been nice if the bar in the hotel was open on the weekend. Also did not appreciate being hurried to check out by staff when my reservation checkout time was 12:00 pm and not 11:00 am. The front desk told me checkout was 11:00 but it was not my fault that the new time was not communicated to me.

I flew into town for a quick event, and the staff and the amenities were amazing!
