The stay was great, breakfast was excellent and staff was super friendly

The hotel is a bit of a maze to get to, because it's located behind several businesses. GPS took us in from a back road and back entrance.

Very nice stay for what I needed. There was a bit of trouble with the room not being completely clean at check in but they took care of this quickly. They provided me with some things I had forgotten to pack. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall worth the cost.

I come to Jackson,Ms cause of my sick mother. The location is just right. Close to my sister with whom she lives or the hospital if she happens to be there. N/A

Really enjoyed the accommodations they gave us.

My room was not clean. A used ponytail holder on the night stand. Curly black hairs in the tub. Yellow/thick (looked like ear infection) stain on the comforter. Rag was draped over the tub with brown/tan (looked like self tanner) stains. Unfortunately house keeping was not there to come clean so I got a new comforter. The carpet in my room had definitely not been vacuumed prior. Staff did offer to move my room but I had already unpacked by the time I noticed this stuff. It was too late to move hotels. Staff very friendly and nice. Gym was ok. Will probably not stay here again.
