Holiday Inn Express & Suites Flowood by IHG

The staff was so kind my whole stay, breakfast was great. Clean room and bathroom. My room was a two bedroom and one of the beds had a blanket throw on it not fixed but I slept in the other bed. There was a weed smell one night and I called the front desk to let them know and they were very helpful and went check on the issue. Overall great stay, would stay again!

Great

This is a very nice hotel. The staff that I encountered were all courteous and helpful. The area that the hotel is located seems to be safe and is conveniently located near a home improvement store and many restaurants. I was in and out many times during the stay and felt comfortable in the area. The room was a lot bigger than we expected so it was a great experience.

The reviews and hotel ratings were exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience was not exceptional. This is solely based on the cleanliness of the room. It was evident that the room had not been vacuumed thoroughly. Also, the hot water was lukewarm at best the whole time.

Staff were great. I made a mistake on the dates I needed when booking so I had to book another reservation for Saturday and check out Sunday.. A lady named Cheryl made it so we didn't have to leave the 1st room. Also, we got replacement towels in a timely manner from the cleaning staff.

We stayed there over the weekend and the room was very clean. The kitchen breakfast gentleman staff was very helpful.

There were obvious plumbing, waterproofing, and drainage issues that need to be addressed, particularly pertaining to bathtub and toilet. Toilet flushing in adjacent rooms produced loud banging noise. There was water seepage and damage from bathtub.

Good overall little dated compared to other holiday inn expresses I’ve stayed at

Enjoyed breakfast every morning

Staff very helpful and rooms clean

Breakfast was better than other Holiday Inn Expresses. I feel like they should all offer the same Breakfast

Very clean and the beds were very comfy!! Honestly nothing! It was very clean and the staff was very nice.

Bed was very comfortable. But some stains on the carpet and chair in the room. Didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. I would stay again.

Everything was excellent

I made it there a lil early 11:30 so they told me wasn't any rooms available. So I left went to get something to eat so when I get back she says it's still no rooms available so the manager comes out and says it's 95 rooms available. So now I'm asking for a from on the bottom floor or close to the elevator she say it's none so now I'm on the 3rd floor all the way at the end with a walker and kids

From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, I truly enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great experience overall—I would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s was ok

The towel bar in the bathroom was damaged. This should be checked prior to someone getting inside. I let management know.
