Really enjoyed the accommodations they gave us.

My room was not clean. A used ponytail holder on the night stand. Curly black hairs in the tub. Yellow/thick (looked like ear infection) stain on the comforter. Rag was draped over the tub with brown/tan (looked like self tanner) stains. Unfortunately house keeping was not there to come clean so I got a new comforter. The carpet in my room had definitely not been vacuumed prior. Staff did offer to move my room but I had already unpacked by the time I noticed this stuff. It was too late to move hotels. Staff very friendly and nice. Gym was ok. Will probably not stay here again.

The ladies service at the desk The moldy, mildew smell when you enter unto the building. Also I had to clean hair up in the bathroom and floor.

Great as always. I stay here typically once a month. The hotel is always clean and the staff friendly. It’s in a great location.

The location was great. The staff was great. There are some maintenance issues. NOT having the smell of weed is a big plus.

Check-in not so good. We were next to check-in when we were asked to step over to another desk so she could check-in a group of 25 individually. The other desk wasn't geared up yet, so had to wait again. Once in room, saw we had NO towels whatsoever. Had to contact manager. This is the first time we've had issues with a HIExpress!

Sheets on the bed had some black stains. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.

Ice machine was broke on 3rd floor. Only one elavator was working. Water dispenser in weight room was empty the whole stay. Bathtub did not drain well. Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV.

Room was not pristine, but the bed was good and clean, the staff was good, and breakfast was good.

Good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff. Light and exhaust fan were not working in our bathroom. Sink would drain very slowly.
