Staff very friendly, and room clean and udpated

Very satisfied with the stay. Exactly what we needed as we passed through to Florida

Room was clean, facilities was clean, safe, and in a convenient area with shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing. The front desk reps were super professional and helpful. I was in town to visit a family member in the hospital and made an error in my booking in my haste to get there. Coming straight from airport, they were very understanding and even watched my luggage for hours while I rushed to the hospital. When I returned the new staff was informed and I was able to get some rest after a long day.

When I first arrived to my room, I was surprised to find a dirty sock under the first bed, along with a bunch of crumbs. My fridge also wasn’t cold, even after ensuring everything was set to the highest. I did go ahead and let the front desk. Her comment of “Well you guys brought a ton of things, I’m sure you don’t want to have to move it all,” sure did steer me away and make me just stay put. I asked for housekeeping to vacuum the next day, but they never did. I was surprised to see the vent to the air conditioner caked in dust too. I have pictures of all of this. It saddened me that the pool was closed the next day that we were there. They offered for us to walk to the other hotels nearby to swim, but when you have foot and hip issues, it makes it more difficult. Also they have to call and ensure you actually are a guest at the other hotels nearby takes up time too when your kiddos are eager to swim. I was just disappointed.

Room was very spacious and clean. Love having a full refrigerator and dishwasher.

Professional staff. Breakfast was more of a to go breakfast set up. Clean room.

Property was very clean and quiet however there were issues with the lights in my room. No working lights in the bathroom or living room space.

I celebrated my 65th birthday with my daughter and granddaughters. The staff and facilities were the best. The room was fabulous. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and other activities. I would highly recommend this hotel.
