We loved staying here. Super close to a lot of shopping and eating

Property was very clean and quiet however there were issues with the lights in my room. No working lights in the bathroom or living room space.

Excellent location close to airport and plenty of places to eat...nice area off of Lakeland Drive...would highly recommend

I celebrated my 65th birthday with my daughter and granddaughters. The staff and facilities were the best. The room was fabulous. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and other activities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was very good, except the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Very clean and well kept The way the parking lot does not go completely around the property, it kind of goes into a dead end.

Easy check in and location. I rented this room for the suite. I needed the couch for a extra bed for my son. We checked in late amd my son made the couch bed. It was filthy and covered in mold. He has asthma and should of never slept on it. This room should've never been rented and nor would the health department pass this bed. White mold is unacceptable. I can't believe tje price I paid. There was no one at the desk to report this to in the am. It was drop your keys in the bucket and we will email your receipt.

The staff was very friendly and the room felt like a vacation all by itself.

Great location and operation!

My first time staying there was definitely wonderful. However, the last visit the room was definitely not up to par as far as cleanliness and unfortunately had other issues as well so I canceled the room. Front desk receptionist was really nice about the situation. Booked 2 nights, but only received refund for one. Not sure if I would try again.

We actually couldn’t get the TV to play made one call to Nicey and she came right up. Fixed it no problem that’s customer service 🙂

Clean room

It was fine except for the barking dog and the breakfast bar. It was a little slow and difficult to get to some of the food.

It would have been better if booking.com would have been easier to reach since the hotel was useless. I will never use booking.com again Customer service

Great staff!

The room was nice and clean and staff was great. The kids that came in on the bus was running up, and down the hallway talking loud knocking on the walls.I couldn't get know sleep.

We were very pleased with our two night stay. The lady that checked us in that Sunday night made us feel welcomed and at home. In town for a surgery, the room proved to be comfortable, clean, quiet and cool. Loved the walk in shower! Extremely convenient and close to everything.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice! Tina and the manager were great when I checked in. The lady that was there when I checked out was wonderful also. Excellent staff! The shower had not been cleaned thoroughly at all. It was some nasty looking things in the tub. I attached photos of the shower. There was no remote control in the room for the tv, so I had to go downstairs to get a new one.
