I liked the location , and the comfort and safety feeling at the property I really felt all my needs were met

Clean, great location, surrounded by all the necessary stores Staff could’ve handled things better. One room was already paid for online. When we checked in we thought we were paying for the 2nd room when Nicey was given my husband’s card. The 2nd room wasn’t ready because of a late checkout, so it was being cleaned. We weren’t told that she was charging the card only for incidentals. So when I called to see why I wasn’t able to check in online to get a digital key for the 2nd room, another lady, her name was something like Nisha or something. She has a habit of over talking you and having an attitude instead of listening to customers. Other than working on the staffs’ communication skills, the hotel was great.

Very nice, clean & convenient room set up. My refrigerator/freezer did not work and no one came to fix or replace it the next day like was told. But, the front desk lady was very nice & gave us points & comped our snacks off our bill & told us to get some for the road trip home.

I liked the enviroment and the staff. The atmosphere and the location was in the right place. There were places to go eat near the hotel so didn't have to go far. There's nothing that I didn't like about it. The only thing is that the person that cleans the room needs to make sure that clean towels are given everyday to replace the dirty ones.
