Hampton Inn Jackson/Flowood (Airport Area) MS

Very good customer service.

The room was clean. The front desk receptionist was nice. All the staff was nice. Breakfast was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anybody.

We always stay at this hotel when we this way. The rooms always clean and the kids enjoy the pool every time. The front host was great also.

The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. It was fresh, the attendant had it clean, full, and piping hot. The parking lot was clean and it is in a very safe area near other restaurants and hotels. I will stay here again.

There was also church choir group checked in with 2 large commercial buses. The hotel wasn’t prepared for this group. The “free” breakfast, by the time we made it down to the lobby many items were depleted. We had to leave for breakfast. No big deal just thought you should know.

The girl working the front desk can't remember her name but she has blonde hair was awesome. She is very nice polite and helpful. Our ball team stayed here for a tournament. We had a late game and made it to the hotel a little after 9pm the pool closes at 10. She let our kids swim until 10:30 when her shift ended. She answered all our questions and was helpful in anyway she could. Great employee and person.

Everything was clean and the staff was nice, so I booked for another 2 nights.

Very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. Lighting in the bathroom was dim.
