Glasbern - A Historic Hotel Of America

What a beautiful property! Was a perfect getaway not far from home. The grounds were beautiful and filled with nature. Our dog came with us, and she had a wonderful time chasing bunnies and walking the trails. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast & dinner…just wow! Fresh and local and absolutely delicious! The included breakfast was such added value. Can’t wait to return. We highly recommend Glasbern for a lovely escape!

The people who were above us were very noisy, called the front desk about it and then it got worse after the front desk contacted room about the noise. We finally were able to fall asleep after 130am.

The food was amazing and Mackenzie our server was fantastic!! The grounds around the inn were beautiful. The paths, flowers, little waterfalls and seating areas made it relaxing. In our room the bed was very comfortable. The room we stayed in was not what I expected for the price we paid. We went for a swim and there were no towels so we had to use ones from our room, which was fine but we were there for the weekend and told we would have maid service but didnt. When I asked the front desk for extra towels we never got any. We wanted to spend our anniversary in a place I always heard such great things about but it fell short and I was disappointed.

The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The food was farm-to-table. The room felt very cozy. The entire atmosphere was very peaceful.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful Our room was right by the main dining room so we heard when people were checking in and in the dining room for breakfast and dinner.

The gardens are spectacular, getting better every year.

I really like the breakfast and the dessert is so good 😊

At least in the packhouse rooms, the motor noise from neighboring rooms' jacuzzi is very loud. Fortunately, not used for more than about a half hour.

Comfortable beds and bed linens. Great breakfast. Attractive surroundings and landscaping.

Good value for the price. The jetted tub, swimming pool, beautiful landscaping, and scenic walking trails were definite highlights of our stay.

me and my wife stayed for one night for are 10th wedding anniversary. we had a free upgrade, that was nice. the breakfast time we selected was more at the end of breakfast. the apple and orange juice were watered down, I did tell someone and she said she will have the kitchen look-in to that. the experience was great. the one thing with the room it had bathrobes for the gest and mine was too small. I am a bigger guy but both bathrobes were the same size. overall great place and will recommend to other people

The bartender in the Pub was excellent. He was knowledgable, friendly and very timely. He made our dinner most enjoyable.

Absolutely beautiful getaway. Excellent food and service. The breakfast and dinner menus had something for everyone and delicious. Rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. I would give this trip a five star every time.

A unique and beautiful stay. The owners transformed farm buildings into imaginatively designed lodgings and restaurants. We did not use the spa or the party rooms. The restaurant at the inn was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious, both at dinner and at breakfast the following day. The portions are generous. At breakfast, I ordered an omelet and it was the best one I had ever eaten in my life!

Besides that the breakfast was very good and the entire place was very nice to walk around. We definitely would like to come back but find a nicer room

Property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well maintained and breakfast is delicious and fresh as you order off a menu. Some fresh fruit and pastries also to choose from.
