The customer aervice was not to be desired. Staff would look at you like you were bothering them when asking them to do their job. Instead of taking airpods out to hear you, make you repeat yourself. Just not friendly at all. The water pressure in bathroom was so low that it was a chore just to wash my hands. We had to keep asking for towels and the room was not cleaned during our stay. If ever in the area again it wouldnt be my first choice. Overall the property is decent just need upgrading and more professional staff.

Low-price, no frills. Somewhat rundown feeling, and definitely in need of a deep clean, especially the carpets. They did not have a place to fill my reusable water bottle, and offered bottled water instead, which felt wasteful. Our bed linens were stained, which was off-putting, and when we requested housekeeping after two nights, they said it wasn’t available. The high Expedia ratings seem to be based on free breakfast and I should have taken my time reading critical reviews more closely. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was well-organized and maintained. However, the beds could have been a bit bigger considering the four people sleeping there. Despite this minor issue, the breakfast was excellent, earning it a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The location is convenient, just about 14 minutes from Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom and various restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this location if you’re traveling to or through Pennsylvania.

The hotel itself was clean, but the hotel just felt really outdated. Our fridge was leaking water. The lobby seamed to have some kind of leak and there were just towels all around the garbage can. The beds had mattress pads on them, but they didn’t fit the bed.

Front Desk Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Saturday evening had a couple drinks at bar watch soccer, friendly bartender and prices of drinks very reasonable. Breakfast Sunday morning was great. Plenty of parking. Options for food close by.
