Great staff, great breakfast, clean rooms but could use some updating

Breakfast was good, I loved the location, staff was amazing I will definitely stay again. The only thing I suggest is the cleaning staff check the rooms more frequently I stayed 5 nights I only got room service once because I caught someone in the hallway before me and my daughters headed out.

Third worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The amount of rust in the bathroom made me grateful my tetanus shot was up to date. The room was extremely humid, everything felt wet and slummy. Everything needed a good scrub down.

The staff was helpful. The property itself was dated. The shower backed up into the tub when we used it. The rating for the hotel was not accurate.

Property staff really friendly and breakfast was nice, but the room floors and utilities were dirty.

Everything was great! Ashley when we first got in upgrade us to a king suite with whirlpool for our anniversary!

The bartender was such a help. we got in late, after the kitchen was closed. She helped in finding places to get food. Told us all about the area. great employee!! Other than that I didn't really have communication with other staff

Front desk was super helpful with correcting an issue for us. Area was clean and safe, and we were grateful for a dog friendly hotel.

Easy check in and check out and bed is comfy. Very basic so don’t expect any frills but it’s exactly what you need for a quick vacation

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and so good I ate too much. The only thing that could have made our experience better was if they had a pool. My family will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a good location and despite its age it is clean and feels cared for. I felt bad for the woman at the front desk who was clearly being pulled in 5 directions at once.
