We didn't use the pool, but we saw it was enjoyed by families. Beds were very comfortable and the ac and heat worked great. Parking is good, but lights don't appear to be working.

The facility is showing signs it needs work. The showers are old and outdated, walking through the halls you can see work is needed. HVAC also could use an upgrade. Not enough pillow cases on the beds, not enough towels in the room.

Good for a quick cheap stay. Definitely would not use this as a vacation spot.

Close to main roads. Two rooms were cheap. Breakfast was bare minimum and almost done within 10 mins of opening. Oatmeal packs, pop tarts, bread with no jam, lackluster hot food. Kitchen door was open and it wasn’t clean.

Great place to stay.

Breakfast: Our first breakfast was bread, bagels, cereal and waffles. That’s it. The second morning they added eggs and sausage but very disappointed with breakfast. There’s a sign that says no animals except service animals but there had to have been 8 dogs I saw in our two night stay. And not only that but one room had multiple dogs that barked all the time. The gym was terrible and the pool was small.

Exceptional

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. However, I had a disappointing experience with the service. I went to the front desk three times because my room didn’t have a TV. Each time, I was told someone would come within 15 minutes, but no one ever showed up to fix the issue. In addition, when I checked out, I waited about 30 minutes at the front desk, and no one was there to assist me.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time. I understand that it is a pet friendly hotel but from the moment we walked in until the moment we left there was a certain dog a few rooms down that was barking incessantly. The owner of the dog was either mentally unstable or going through something, but it made for an extremely uncomfortable experience as my children heard expletives that they are not used to. On top of that all the rugs were dirty. When we came in the first night and I expressed my concern about the incessantly barking dog, I was offered a room change however I had already settled my girls in. On the second night when we returned to the hotel after a long day at the park, I lost my hotel key and the person at the front desk hardly even looked up or addressed me . The breakfast was subpar and pretty much non existent on our second day as we got down there around 8:30. I have no idea how this hotel has the rating that it does, which is why I booked it in the first place, but I would not recommend this as a place to stay at all.

Was very dark on arrival as lights were out in the dining/lounge area. Desk attendant barely looked up and did not greet us in a friendly manner. There was some kind of tomato sauce on the rug and chair from a previous guest. Requested extra towels and to clean the tomato sauce. The sauce wasn't 100% cleaned and did not receive the towels. No working ice machine on the property. Breakfast area was not well maintained. Booked as it had an 8.0 rating. I do not think that was an accurate assessment. The building itself has been recently renovated but service and maintenance needs improvement.

It was a nice location but the place was dark at night, there needs to be some lights outside. The breakfast was not the greatest but it was nice that there was the option to have it. The staff was nice and helpful.
-
The staff was excellent and friendly The first room had mold under tv which I have photos the staff moved us but the second room on third floor had scotch tape holding piece of ceiling up and for 2 days a piece of dog poop in hallway

They steal. Anybody whose been here is owed $30 as per policy. Call and get on their lack of communication hiding information in the fine print. And it shouldn't take 7 busines day...but here I am day 10 and no returned security deposit.

Passable

I was initially put in a room that had a TV that didn’t work, a phone that didn’t work and no blackout shade. After making a number of calls to the front desk and receiving only a message I called the main number for the company. Then the most pleasant of the employees showed up and changed my room and helped me move. Above

The floors inside the entire hotel, hallways and rooms, were disgusting. Was really surprised because of the reviews. We had a dog, so I know dog friendly hotels aren’t always the best, but we also had two baby/toddlers and it killed me to let them play in the hotel room. They were filthy. Wouldn’t be staying again because of the shape they were in
