The room was nice and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Only a couple things to note- no Microwave if you’re a person who needs that. No bathroom fan - or did not work, so bring spray lol and no creamer in coffee packs - but a fridge so you can get your own if you need it and creamers available downstairs. Basically there’s a solution to any issue. The staff and facilities are amazing. Have stated before and will stay again.

Staff not helpful other than one gentleman at check in. Had to ask for help at Starbucks, waited and registration person saw me and never offered to help me. Frustrating.

Conveniently right off the interstate. The first night my shower was freezing cold. Told the lady at the desk - said she’d tell maintenance. Second night - like warm. Again, told the front desk. Said they replaced a boiler and was having issues with it. Third night - *semi* warm water. The last day/night there was a constant alarm going off. ALL NIGHT LONG and all day. Got no sleep what so ever.
