Delta Hotels by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley

It was lovely. Very appealing, approaching the front entrance. Inside beautifully decorated with a fresh smell throughout the lobby and corridors. No problems parking, well lit with steps to entrance. Accommodation, room was very clean, inviting and felt like home. Our view looking over the swimming pool outside was lovely and inviting. Staff was friendly. The only issue, the corners of the beds. My wife really bumped her leg but icing it immediately help not forming a bump. I think installed bumper pads would be great.The wife placed separate trash cans in front of the two edges of the bed to go around it. Otherwise, definitely returning.

I found the room to not be as clean as I would have liked, and there was only about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper left in my room when I checked in. The elevator was out of order, but the front desk clerk neglected to mention that.

I had a wonderful stay at Delta hotels by Marriott last weekend\. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations\. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

When we arrived after a long day of travel, we found out our room had been cancelled because the hotel was overbooked. We were not the only guests to be cancelled that night. The staff was not helpful booking another hotel. They simply gave us the names of other Marriott properties in the area. We were not offered a discount on the alternate Marriott properties.

The delta is always a superb stay. Clean and always meets the highest expectations. This was my third stay here and it was excellent.

I believe we had bedbugs. We left with lots of bites on us! I can’t be 100% sure as I did not see them but the bites speak for themselves.

The hotel is beautiful!! But it’s not well maintained. We found a pair of dirty socks by our bed!! The fridge wasn’t really cold so we went behind it to see if it was plugged in and there dirty cups and napkins behind it. Fridge never really got cold. Also I can’t be 100% positive because I didn’t see them but I’m sure our room had bedbugs. My husband and I do have bites. Again I didn’t see the bugs. All I know is that we had bites after we left.

From check-in to check-out, every was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early & they accommodated that by switching our rooms to some already cleaned.

Stayed while doing family business- excellent. Will stay again

The room was nice and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Only a couple things to note- no Microwave if you’re a person who needs that. No bathroom fan - or did not work, so bring spray lol and no creamer in coffee packs - but a fridge so you can get your own if you need it and creamers available downstairs. Basically there’s a solution to any issue. The staff and facilities are amazing. Have stated before and will stay again.
