The room was clean. The bathroom wasn’t ideal as it had a barn door with no lock. Not the best for multiple people. Also the sink was not in the bathroom so it made it odd to get ready in the morning.

Everything was as described and met my needs. Only feedback, I could not get the TV to work. Staff member came up to help, but to no avail. It's not why I stayed though.

Staff location and price terrific there was a horrible smell like stagnant water so bad i had to leave at 4 am as my head was pounding

There was no shampoo in the shampoo container in the shower.

Problem - I could not pair the TV with my phone. I ended up having to call a Customer Service rep with the pairing company. After multiple attempts, we were not able to make it happen. This process took almost an hour. the Customer Service rep basically gave up trying to make it happen. So, basically, if you stay at this hotel, you will have no TV. The room also had that very strong disinfectant odor, like there had been someone smoking in the room and they had to try to eliminate the odor. I understand that the hotel is not responsible for someone breaking the rules and smoking in the room. However, the hotel is responsible for putting people in a room with that massive disinfectant odor.

The room and hotel itself are very clean. They allow pets. Breakfast was ok, the eggs tasted like water.

For the most part the staff was friendly. The morning clerk was not the friendless. We were there 17 days the laundry room never worked.

Room still had used towels in the bathroom as well as nail clippings. Room also had coffee stains on the walls.

Traveled with family, stayed for Dorney & Wildwater Kingdom. Great stay! Friendly & helpful staff, nice fresh, clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast! Made mistake with my booking dates, & they were so nice, patient & helpful to meet my needs! Highly recommend!

The location to our venues and the staff was very friendly and helpful Our shower leaked, the toilet wasn't anchored to the floor completely and our door was broken. The fitness center was a tiny room with 2 very old treadmills

Not a bad hotel. The lady at check in was on the phone with her mom which was annoying because it would have gone faster if she just hung up. I feel like she wasn’t paying full attention to me. The room was nice except I found it odd that the sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom door didn’t lock.
