Traveled with family, stayed for Dorney & Wildwater Kingdom. Great stay! Friendly & helpful staff, nice fresh, clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast! Made mistake with my booking dates, & they were so nice, patient & helpful to meet my needs! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were terrible

The location to our venues and the staff was very friendly and helpful Our shower leaked, the toilet wasn't anchored to the floor completely and our door was broken. The fitness center was a tiny room with 2 very old treadmills

Everything All good

Not a bad hotel. The lady at check in was on the phone with her mom which was annoying because it would have gone faster if she just hung up. I feel like she wasn’t paying full attention to me. The room was nice except I found it odd that the sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom door didn’t lock.

It was convenient. The room smelled moldy and musty. Even saw mold outside the shower! Main room was damp, too. Not worth the money.

Our room smelled very musty not sure if it was the air conditioner or the carpet. Also our hot water took about 15 minutes to heat up to lukewarm. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

When we first checked in, we opened the door to a room that smelled like urine. We noticed that there were spray stains on the fronts of both beds and under the two beds was not even vacuumed. There were shoes and food and a tray from the guests who had stayed there previously that was left underneath the beds. There were yellow steams on the white comforters. We checked in and checked out almost immediately and were denied a refund.

Location, cleanliness Bed was to hard
-
Breakfast was a little spars but it’s complimentary and the room rate was economical so I am not complaining… for a quick night stay for work it was great
-
This hotel was just off our driving route and the cost was very reasonable. There was, a breakfast included.
-
Lemon Water and fresh baked cookies in the lobby and fresh coffee available 24 hours.
-
No space full gym area, very small no dumbbells

Our family experience here was completely ruined by terrible staff behavior and poor room conditions: Service Animal Harassment: Both my wife and I are legally handicapped, and we travel with two registered service animals (noted on our booking). Despite this, the front manager immediately harassed my wife and 15-year-old daughter at check-in, demanding proof and making incredibly sarcastic, hostile remarks about the dogs. Targeted Behavior: The same manager publicly embarrassed me at breakfast, claiming my normal-volume phone conversation was "too loud," while completely ignoring everyone else. She was snarky and gaslit me when calmly confronted. Disgusting Rooms: The room was uncleaned, lacked a basic living room trash can, and we found blood on the pillows. Management Retaliation: The General Manager backed her staff. While she ultimately agreed to refund our money for everything that took place, claiming it was an "act of good faith" she immediately retaliated by forcing us to check out and leave a day early. Entirely unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile. They have zero respect for the law or guests with disabilities. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All good except there was no shampoo & our toilet was wobbly.

Loved how easy it was to check in, the room was clean and modern bed was so comfy and soft best sleep I’ve had in awhile. Shower was good little stingy on the warm water but otherwise great place to stay will be book marking for our next trip!
-
Room was basic but certainly adequate. Air conditioner worked well in spite of the hot weather, although only complaint was that it was noisy! Would recommend this place for the business Traveler.

Very clean room, staff very friendly. I asked for a first-floor room and the girl made it happen. I think you have to ask for an upgrade to get a room with a tub. The hotel supplies rooms with full size shampoo and conditioner, lotion too.
