The refrigerator didn't keep the left overs very cold.
-
No hot tub, looks like it was taken out, gave one food ticket for breakfast, then it said you had to pay for breakfast additionally after that one day free. Never saw anything posted or was told about that.
-
Very clean and comfortable bed
-
The room was clean, pool was warm and clean, staff was friendly.

Older building. Friendly, helpful staff. Liked the game options down by the pool. Window shades let too much light into the room at night. Breakfast options limited.
-
Location Things were shut down and we had bugs in our room. They refuse to give any type of refund despite claim and pictures.
-
service and hotel itself was wonderful! great staff, very friendly. was upset at the fact there was no hot tub and they advertise the hot tub in listing so that is the only negative review i have. my sibling stayed there a year ago and same thing that time as well.

Pool was amazing! A little pricey.

No elevator access to 2nd floor rooms.

We have been staying here for 31 years won’t stay anywhere else

The bar staff, especially Hillary, Donna and Nicki were top notch. They were very attentive and personable.
-
Location, it was clean Hot tub was not working and we were not told that prior to staying or at time of check in. Food was horrible

It was loud. The rooms around us were rented to a youth team and their staff did not monitor this wing of the hotel or enforce quiet hours. Young children were running between rooms yelling, screaming and slamming doors. The rooms are not sound proof. Also, the hot tub advertised is no longer in use. It was all around unpleasant.

The cleanliness in the room was okay. The carpet could have used a thorough cleaning as it appeared to have coffee stains throughout. The edge between the wall and floor could use some cleaning, but otherwise the room was adequately clean. The towels and washcloths are numerous which is a delight. Staff was helpful, whenever we asked for something they were able to answer. Breakfast was okay - the scrambled eggs were okay, but there was plenty to eat. Breakfast staff were very helpful, especially when we just wanted plain (not the sugared, flavored) oatmeal packets. They actually found some plain instant oats and provided that. That was great too!

We stayed 2 nights. Staff at the desk were prepared, professional and welcoming. The room 217 was very clean and well maintained. The bed, mattress, pillows were comfortable. I slept great. We had a complementary buffet breakfast and I liked it. Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuit, yogurt and coffee for me. The restaurant did not have much staff for lunch and dinner. We ate in the bar our first night and had a few drinks. No driving. The next day lunch was a long wait, so we went to Culver's. The bar staff were very nice and they had good deals. I had an Old Fashioned for $4. It was delish!! Families with kids loved this place for the pool. This is a very good place to have a conference. Meals at the restaurant are iffy due to staffing. It could use a food truck for coverage.
