Hilton Garden Inn Irvine East/Lake Forest

That was the worst experience of staying at a hotel in my entire life! There was a guest next door to us blasting their EDM music until 4:30am and I only slept for 1 hour. I went downstairs to tell the receptionist since they weren’t answering the phone and when they came to check, they said they couldn’t hear anything. My Wife and I actually heard other guests coming out of their rooms and yelling at them to turn their music off. The guests services didn’t even care and I probably would’ve slept better in my car. Never coming back to this dump of a hotel.

My warranty yet. I am at the 10th day in still waiting for my refund.

Very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Great location, relaxing atmosphere, and everything exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nothing Room smelled poorly, bed mattress was old and soft, no water in room, no safe in room

Clean The Front Desk messed up my reservation. It took awhile to get it cleared up

I would recommend to make sure amenities. Are workable next time. Especially when clients are driving in late and having to switch room after getting settled after a long trip is exhausting Overall I recommend this place fersure

Good location with many dining options near by. Free parking was a perk. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room could use a little TLC but overall clean.

It was the worst. The room wasn’t clean and the hot water wasn’t running at night time in the third floor. Location only.

The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.
