Extended Stay America Suites Orange County Lake Forest

The room was in terrible condition. The TV channels did not work, The kitchen was in bad shape and dishes were dirty.

Location is the only nice thing about this hotel!.... Not at all what I expected for an extended stay in Lake Forest.... Not very clean, breakfast was a joke! stale muffins & cheap coffee...not a good example of a clean hotel & OLD, OLD appliances & fixtures!...

Check in was easy, liked the location. Toilet was not working or flushing the whole stay, the sent someone to fix it. Took about 5 hours to fill the request. But still it did not get fixed. Went down for breakfast coffee my second day, they said it would be ready soon. Someone was sent to the store to get. But this never got done went down several times and still no coffee. I would prefered if they would of just told me it was broken or they couldn't make it.

The area. The front desk personnel were unhelpful and lacked friendliness. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was unclean and smelled like a dog. The hallway also had a strong, wet-dog smell. Due to fatigue and limited time to find alternative accommodations, I purchased cleaning supplies from a dollar store. The following morning, around 6:30 a.m., while working, I noticed the kitchen sink making a noise and water with soap bubbles emerging from it. I contacted the front desk, but the representative abruptly ended the call. When I approached the front desk to report the issue, she inspected the room and advised me to call her once the water issue was resolved. I informed her that the room smelled like sewage and explained I needed to leave soon for work. She later returned and informed me that I would be moved to a better room. I packed my belongings and transferred, but realized I had left my shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body scrub in the bathroom. I returned to the front desk, where an elderly man gave me three small bottles of shampoo and said there was no body wash available. When I asked to check the room, he assured me it was clean and that my belongings had been discarded. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning to this establishment. And I paid $350 or so and spent close to $20 on cleaning supplies!

Leaving and never going back, it's a shit hole. Everything, could never get clean towels, it was a pig swamp. Grap and go was a sham. For four days hallways were never cleaned up. Trash coming out of closets and dirty dishes and towels and toaster by elevator. The manger should be fired!!!

Nothing, zero biggest rip off Could not complain when we first entered. Phone was dead. Had to go to front desk to request towels and soap. Front desk was busy folding batch of towels. Room in total disaster. Whatever repair on wall not painted. Mattress ripped. Mashed my fingers opening cabinet doors ( poor design). Toilet clogged twice. Plunger collapsed had to go to front desk for help. Told help would not be available for an hour. Few hours later had to to go to front desk demanding help. Dirty towels in hallway. Looked spoiled from probably another toilet backup. After toilet backup room very unsanitary. We couldn’t stay another night. I probably could go on and on but limited to how much I could type here.

The location and the cleanliness of rooms . Also on-site laundry and vending machines . The beds were uncomfortable, the check in process staff should be more knowledgeable

I have no good comments, so I alleviated as it is. Then, I met a reservation online show up at the location. There was no room available, nice job

Its 1 mile from my 89 yr mother who is in a board and The hallway carpet on 2nd floor was kind of stained!

Smelly Room with no chair o sit and no iron or ironing board. It felt like no one prepared the room in any way before guest arrival.

Front desk Quietness ?

There was no cups of any kind in the room so so way to brush teeth. There was no ice machine and desk wasn’t allow to give any. therr was no coffee in lobby but staff did make some but they had no cups but staff looked for some and found mugs to allow patron to have coffee. This is one of the worst facilities i have ever stayed in

Everything! Since you entered it was very unorganized! Boxes everywhere! Walking down the hallway trash on the floor! Our room the bed was very uncomfortable i woke up with horrible back pain!! So much noise from people you can tell live in the hotel! It was just a horrible experience especially for the area it was located i would have expected better!!!!

Slept well, location is great, but needs better housekeeping, maintenance, phone didn't work, staff was great. Don't recommend staying here unless you need the extended stay & kitchenette.
