Nothing Super ran down Everything was dirty

Easy parking,fast check in and out, but the smell is a challenge,stove wasn’t working well.

NOTHING AT ALL, THIS PLACE IS NOT EBEN WORTH A NIGHT STAY EVERYTHING x100 times If there was -100 that is what I would rate this place. Horrible stink as you enter the hotel, carpets are so damn soiled and stained, beds have just made with not changed or fresh sheets, the pictures of the hotel on the platform are AI generated. The fixtures are broken or rusted, no soap or shampoo in the washroom, the sheets had blood stains, just a place of horror. I was shocked to see such a run down place in a good neighborhood. Plenty of parking No hot water for shower. Key had to be reset several times. Thin barriers, can hear neighbors from next door and above. Not all light fixtures were in working condition.

Price only Breakfast food was not enough, oak meal was not there for one week. Shower was not strong enough.

Understaffed. The person who checked us in seemed untrained for front desk duties. A guest was asking for clean towels, he said there’s none. When the guest complained about the service, he said please complain to the manager.

The only part of this hotel that I appreciated was the fact that it had a kitchen with a refrigerator since I was hosting a party and live out of town, and the location of the hotel was near the site of the party I felt the room was incredibly dirty, the room was not even supplied with towels, the hallway smelled distinctly of urine and the room itself was quite shabby and outdated. Because of the condition of the hotel and hotel room , I left a day early even though I had painted advance because I was so uncomfortable

We had a confirmed reservation for two rooms, and upon arrival they only had one room available. They did nothing to even try to correct the issue. Will be taking legal action to resolve this lack of professional disregard for customer service. Booking.com may be included in this action. I now have a CONFIRMED appointment with an attorney to litigate.

The room was in terrible condition. The TV channels did not work, The kitchen was in bad shape and dishes were dirty.
