Great breakfast and room

Great dining options, free laundry and parking. Staff was fantastic. Room was dated, no USB ports and noisy upstairs neighbors but everything else was superb! Will definitely stay again.

A very nice, clean, and professionally run suite hotel. The parking is plentiful and free. The breakfast is wonderful and free. The self-serve laundry room is free--no having to bring quarters. The gym is very clean with water available. We visit the Irvine area often to spend time with family and have tried several hotels and this one is the best.

The meals were a big surprise. They were delicious, and to get two meals was amazing. The room was comfortable, and I think we were both surprised at the full kitchen, even though we didn't use it. The affordable price was a surprise as well. This is a place where you could relax and spend a week. The only thing lacking was a beach view. :)

Clean, spacious, lovely decor Wall thermostat was temperamental and we needed the assistance of a very nice front desk clerk who helped sort it all out

the area near the pool needs better landscaping and too many weeds.

Breakfast was great! We ended up sitting with a couple who wanted to share their table with us. The air conditioner was a little loud, but other than that, we had a great experience. The air conditioner. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but all in all, the cleanliness made up for whatever we didn’t like.

Beautifully maintained property in and out. Our room came with a kitchen with full sized refrigerator microwave coffee maker stove top and dishwasher. The bathroom is large, with bath products, iron and board. The grounds feature a fountain, pool, and covered patio. Inside the main building is nicely decorated and offers a dining room with a self serve full breakfast. We got a lot for the money!

Comfortable decor, nice great room to sit and chat or eat breakfast. Great breakfast! Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Slightly farther away from where I needed to be.

Room was clean. Breakfast was nice, although the juice drinks were very watery. Would recommend.
