There was no breakfast. Raoches were seen in breakfast area. Staff was not accommodating, in fact very rude.

Janet is amazing! The linens were clean but the window blinds to not cover the windows and several fixtures were broken. There was no soap.

The lady that checked us in, was unfriendly, the bathroom floor/tub was dirty, the remote was disgusting, the tv screen and window was filthy. NO HOT WATER

The room was awful. The lights by the beds didn't work. One of the lights' wires had been cut. The furniture was in disrepair. The chest of drawers' veneer was peeling off. The paint was sloppily applied. We couldn't wait to get out. Scummy!

When entering room found light on both side of bed unplugged. Tried to turn on TV, but found it was also unplugged.
