Nice quiet room with comfy bed. Room was fairly large. Property was in good condition with a great looking lobby. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was a bit lacking (no waffle maker or bagels) but they nicely had almond milk. Also, we didn't really see any walkable restaurants, but Fort Collins is a very short drive.

The room was great. We totally enjoyed a quiet soak in the hot tub and breakfast was very good!

It was a very clean week maintained establishment!! My family and I had a really good stay. The staff was helpful when checking in.

The treadmill didn’t work - the elliptical was missing a foot hold entirely - walls are very thin - one of the employees held us at the front desk for over 10 minutes just trying to check in while he answered other phone calls, including a personal one.

Wonderful and very helpful stuff. Sauna and pool were clean and convenient.

This hotel is on a major road in a sketchy area. Town is only 1 mile away but, it is unwalkable as the area is not very nice. Not a place for families or couples.We will not be back.

The air conditioner had a loud rattle to it that made it difficult to sleep. We thought we could ignore it, but it became more annoying as the night went on. Be warned, there are no elevators. You'll have to carry your bags up flights of stairs.

Very nice place, we'll definitely stay at Kiva again.

The rooms there had no sound proofing whatsoever there were people above us that would come in around 2 in the morning and let their children rampage for 1 to 2 hours both nights. went to the front desk and asked for a different room and was refused. Also the ac in the room made a horrible noise. Will not stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at the Kiva Inn and would definitely stay again! The manager or owner who checked us in was courteous and very sweet. Breakfast was very basic but had warm options like biscuits and gravy and eggs and potatoes. Rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room.

You could tell that the property owners take pride in the way they maintain this hotel. They were kind, helpful and all around welcoming.

You can tell the carpeting is maybe 5 years or more old since there are some small stains. The bathroom is smaller than I wanted for size of room (two bed beds). Small microwave, actual mini fridge with tiny freezer (pint of ice cream fits with work.) coffee station with one cup machine. Was a “girls trip”/ A/C broken. We did not use any amenities. Overall, wonderful stay and will go back.property deserves its online reputation.
