Lovely property, pretty neighborhood, cozy & clean room. Staff provided great customer care with smiles. Breakfast was nice, especially the fresh fruit. Great location to Old Town shops and a beautiful walk. The daily cookies were delicious!

The house is beautiful. Rooms were cozy. Neighborhood is quiet. The online registration and breakfast ordering platform was user-friendly. Check-in instructions were timely and easy to understand. Staff was personable and caring. Highly recommended this B&B.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I’m surprised that at this price point the a/c was an incredibly loud window unit. I thought the breakfast was nice and the free refreshments were a great feature. The whole property is beautiful, clean and relaxing.

The house is charming! The location is convenient, staffing is friendly and professional, furnishings are comfortable and clean. Lastly the breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The house also has a coffee and refreshments bar always available. I have no complaints.

Beautiful stay! Quiet and comfortable. Loved the small but meaningful amenities such as the noise machine by the bed. My only recommendation would be to add a makeup mirror in the bathroom or one in the room one could stand up close to.

Beautiful house and a fabulous location!

Very charing property, great location (was able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Fort Collins). I loved everything about this property except that the room was too warm at night and there wasn't a good way to get the temperature down. There was a window AC unit that was very noisy, and a ceiling fan that only seemed to run at full blast. The blankets were also very heavy winter blankets, so was kind of hot at night. Other than that though, I loved the property and the service was great.

This is my absolute fave when staying in Fort Collins, and cannot rave about it enough! This B&B is cozy, immaculate, comfortable, safe, quiet, amazing staff & spectacular breakfast! Only about 5 min for downtown for shopping and restaurants. It’s a must stay!
