Comfortable and in a perfect location

We were both able people but got a disability room I thought it could have used by a person with a disability. Popcorn room ceiling is old school hotel rooms need an upgrade. Room 204

The room appeared very lovely but was so so cold. The heater in the room did nothing. The phone to help, which said it was operational 24/7, no one answered. Very unpleasant stay

I was pleasantly surprised. I'd read reviews that weren't kind about the charges for everything considered extra including parking and the staff being inexperienced or rude. Well my stay was wonderful, Rima on staff was amazing. It was a much better than expected stay. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent too. They made anything we requested. 5 stars.

Very close to CSU and local stores and restaurants Charging for parking in a lot that is not closed to the public.

Housekeeping came daily and was excellent! Bartender is excellent!

Exceptional

Easy check in, friendly staff, rooms were clean, would definitely stay here again. Plus close walk to other food spots. We only stayed for one night but everything was nice and clean.

Its a nice hotel We booked for a wedding and the room we ended up with had windows thar were covered over . We couldn't look outside. . We asked to be moved and they said they didn't have any other room for us and would move us the next day. That didn't happen.

I really thought the hotel was nice. The food was good for dinner, and it was close to CSU for my dog, who unfortunately has cancer. I felt really good about it. My dog was not upset in there at all. The rooms are very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if we need to.

Room was older and needed updating. The water pressure on the bathroom was bad the shower curtain was hanging off and the tile by the toilet was cracked.

Excellent staff and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fort Collins!

Hotel guests should not be charged for parking. Other than that, place and staff were good.

Overall a clean and well maintained facility. Courteus staff.

Nice

The next morning when a sold out hotel was trying to check out and leave, one of the 2 main elevators was out of service. This wasn’t my typical Hilton experience but will look for other accommodations next time I’m in FT Collins. By the way as I’m trying to check in 2 other guests were given the room type I had originally reserved. I’m wondering if I got bumped because I used the 3rd party reservation service.
