Nothing to add here

Rooms were not in great condition and computer systems were down so no early check in when we were told there was
-
Great

Clearly dated and needing repairs (mainly paint, general wear and tear). Room was clean but in room coffee maker malfunctioned and made a terrible mess (and then we didn’t have coffee?).
-
I almost forgot, the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty.

Not a 4-Star experience. The staff was apathetic at check-in, ignoring me even though I had waited patiently for them to finish their phone call. The exercise room was less than mediocre for selection. They charge for parking even though this is Ft Collins and not Manhattan. Overall, the value is not there to justify the stay.

The gym equipment was basic and nice but the room was very hot. (It was a hot week with outside temps in the high 90s, so some air conditioning would have been nice). Might not make a difference during more mild seasons. Also, at some point I ran out of toilet paper and no one was picking up at the front desk.

Very nice!

The hotel was fine - I did not know prior (not sure if I missed it in the reservation) that you have to pay to park there. One elevator was not in service but they allowed use of the service elevator.
-
The construction on my floor and above my room was loud.
-
Great overall
-
Our only complaint was there being only one working elevator. The hotel seemed to be at capacity and there was usually a wait.
-
Would rather stay a few miles away off Harmony, they are nicer, cleaner and you don’t have to pay for parking.
-
We stay here often and have since we were in college in the early 90's. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Will be back soon!
-
Our stay was wonderful as always, very clean and easy access to the lounge on top floor for breakfast and snacks throughout the day . Staff very friendly and helpful. The only neg -only 1 elevator was working so moving from room to lobby took some time
-
Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying at site. This created long waits to get to and from room. Room was clean but had broken tiles in bath and long black hair on shower walls. Not what I expected for the price. Probably wont be going back to this place.

Our room was huge, clean and has a nice view of the mountains. The person who checked us in was very friendly. Only one elevator was working so there was an extended wait for it. We tried to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but no one came out to seat us or was even around. So we had to go off the premises to eat dinner after traveling all day. Overall, 9/10.

Watch out, they charge for parking through another vendor.
-
Clean, helpful staff, and great location.

These are minor inconveniences and normally don't upset me. The big upset: girls softball tournament in town and the hotel was packed. The staff did nothing to stop them from playing on the one working elevator, yelling across the levels to their friends, and playing catch in the common area of the lobby! I couldn't believe the chaos that the staff allowed. If you're looking for a restful night, try another hotel, at least at the end of June/beginning of July!
