These are minor inconveniences and normally don't upset me. The big upset: girls softball tournament in town and the hotel was packed. The staff did nothing to stop them from playing on the one working elevator, yelling across the levels to their friends, and playing catch in the common area of the lobby! I couldn't believe the chaos that the staff allowed. If you're looking for a restful night, try another hotel, at least at the end of June/beginning of July!

The hotel is very nice but one of the elevators was down for the entire week there. They also advertise laundry, but they do not have machines available to guests so we had to go to a local laundromat. We were there for a softball tournament so having only one elevator was very inconvenient. Only later in the week did they put up a sign to use the service elevator. They were also out of bar soap for the first 2 days we were there so we had to get our own.

I'm not overly concerned with appearances as long as a hotel is clean and everything works properly. However, this property could use some updates, starting with the elevators. Only one elevator worked during our entire stay, and we were on the 9th floor. Thankfully, it became less crowded as more guests checked out. The room itself was a bit outdated but acceptable. The only cleanliness issue was that the bed sheets had yellow stains. Housekeeping replaced them promptly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. No matter what I set it to, the room never cooled below 74°F, and the vent didn't blow toward the beds. With outside temperatures in the 90s, sleeping was miserable. I slept without covers every night and still couldn't get comfortable. I was also surprised that parking wasn't free, as I've rarely had to pay for hotel parking. Overall, the room was okay, but the ineffective AC made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is the most important part of a hotel stay. I hope they address this issue because the staff was excellent.

We loved our hotel stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The property is a bit dated though (mostly) well kept, and the staff was excellent. The issue was that it is a 9-story building with only one of the two elevators working on a busy holiday weekend. The one working elevator was also extremely slow. This meant many people squished into the one elevator each ride which was uncomfortable times. I understand it is costly, though the property needs to invest in improving the mechanical operation of the elevators.

Air conditioning in room didn't work. Only one elevator worked. Had to pay to parking when they have a huge empty lot. Blackout curtains didn't work very well.

Not many places to eat. Breakfast at the Hilton lounge was good. Not many activities.

The hotel was completely booked and only one elevator was working the entire week. The hotel also advertises laundry facilities but there is none on site. The hotel is nice and clean but the elevator issue and no laundry were a hassle due to us being there for a week long softball tournament.

We won’t be staying here again.

Comfortable room No breakfast

No free parking. 1 elevator worked for 9 stories. Lots of kids. But it was comfortable.

Clean rooms. Maid service came daily. Brussels sprouts are so good! Wait staff and bartenders are so nice. Look, I have always loved staying here. One elevator is broken so everyone has to share one elevator. Stairs don’t seem connected so if you take the stairs you have to like cross the floor to get to the final stairwell. They refilled coffee and cream every day but today. I called to ask for cream, like this is my checkout day. I can’t really get in the shower or anything til I get it. After waiting for 30 minutes I go down and get it myself and it was delivered while I was gone.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.

I really like this place and will book it again when I return next month. Absolutely no complaints worth mentioning.

Room was clean and overall a nice place to stay. Not hot water for the Monday morning shower. One of the two elevators was not working during part of the stay.
