Fort Collins Marriott

Very nice, clean hotel. Our only issue is we did not get the room we had reserved. It’s very convenient to food and shopping.

I had diamond earrings stolen from my room and the staff was rude and blamed me for them being stolen by their staff! Horrible experience do not trust them

Excellent facility! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower (with rain shower head) was perfect.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The bartender was fabulous. The food and cocktails were delicious! My dissatisfaction was mostly with the upkeep of the property. My air conditioner in my room was not amazing. It never reached the desired temperature. The ice machines on several floors were out. I also found out that they don't do a full clean of the room during the day. My room was half done: only trash is emptied, a dirty towel was left behind but the toilet seat was up and new role of toilet paper?

It went fine. But they did charge the wrong card at first so I’m gonna have to figure out how to get that charge off my divvy.

The room was nice. Unfortunately, the front desk billed me twice for my stay after I had checked out and for dates after my checkout date, even though I prepaid via Expedia. I ended up paying for my stay three times! I made several calls to resolve this issue. And I also had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. It has been six weeks, and I still have not received a credit from my credit card company. The hotel blamed the issue on new staff, but it seemed more like fraud to me. Due to this issue, I do not recommend staying here. If you do, triple-check your hotel bill before checking out.

This Marriott has a very poorly stocked convenience store (no toiletries at all and the checkout kiosk was broken during our stay), no longer has a Starbucks on property (so no available coffee after breakfast service), does not have an M lounge or other amenities for Bonvoy members, and was incredibly short staffed. The front desk staff didn’t have an operational printer to show us our invoice at checkout. This was not worth the price we paid and was very disappointing.
