We ate breakfast there one morning and there were plenty of options, both hot and cold. The pancakes were crunchy from being on the buffet too long, though. I also think $23 is too much to pay for a buffet, but at least they have a kids price for $12 for those under 12 years old The rooms were clean, but they lacked sufficient drawers for clothes. The refridge size was fine, but no microwave. They don't make the beds daily unless you upgrade. For $150 a night, I'd think that'd be included. But maybe hotels at becoming like airlines where they charge you extra for everything. Housekeeping did come into the room and refresh the bathroom but one of them dropped a piece of chewed gum on the floor. (We didn't have any gum.) The hotel is in a great, safe location in town. The mall is an easy walking distance with plenty of food options around. If you can, take time to go to the Cinemark next door and experience the 4D seats. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but I never saw it really crowded. They even have a little elevator to enable access for those who need it to get down the 3 or 4 steps to the pool area. I do think it's odd for the hot tub jet activation button to be on the other side of the wall next to the hot tub. You have to get out of the hot tub, walk up the stairs, push the button, then go back down the stairs and get back in the hot tub. 4/5

The property is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and Trader Joe’s is a 1/2 a block away. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our space.

The hotel appears to be recently remodeled but the rooms are pretty basic and missing dresser drawers to store anything. The bathroom configuration is also small and awkward. Unfortunately Marriott seems to be coasting on their former reputation.

This is the best hotel stay I’ve had. My whole family visited us at the Marriott and we used the facilities to visit, play games, eat dinner, watch the final soccer game. There were too many family members and friends for any of us to host family at home. The staff was excellent to all of us. My family members will now stay at this Marriott in the future. Everyone loved this hotel.

Check in was at 4 pm. My room was not ready until 5:30.

My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.

The AC unit didn’t work. Bad smell throughout entire floor. Found what appeared to be dried semen on the wall. Was moved rooms but to a lesser room than paid for and hotel can’t assist becomes it was done through Expedia.

Really wanted to like this property because the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly but everything went downhill from there. The bathroom had dried blood spatter near the toilet, the shower would be amazing but is poorly planned and your arms literally hit the metal soap dish everytime you move, the parking is often full because many people park in two spots and the elevators were constantly broken with no signage. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, apologized, cleaned the blood spatter and the front desk staff gave me a free breakfast but were noticably unfriendly after I reported the blood. Overall, the hotel feels cold, unwelcoming and that basic maintenance is ignored. Could be a spectacular place if the staff were friendly and maintenance was done, seems like a waste to not make this hotel one of the best and care more about it.

We love staying here!! The fitness center is large and has many cardio machines, weights and a few machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son loves the indoor/outdoor pool so I booked the first week of June for 3 days. The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance the first week of summer so he didn’t get to sw at all. If I would have know this I would have just chosen another hotel.

Everything was great with the exception of the restaurant signage saying it was open when there was nobody around.

Great stay! Bedding had some staining, but they didn’t appear dirty.
