Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins

Loved the location! It’s right near our sons place and all the shopping and restaurants we like to visit You had to go through certain areas to access your room. In every hotel I have ever stayed at no matter what entrance you went in you could always get to your room and this layout did not allow you to do that and it was extremely frustrating. Also, when booking the hotel there was nothing noted about the pool and hot tub being closed until after I had booked it which I was not too happy about. With the frustration on trying to access our room, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Location , beds and staff !

The shower didn't hold a constant temperature, either cold or hot. Dark, poorly lit rooms, no water source for coffee maker. Noisy air conditioner. Slow check in and check out. Carpets were not clean. No complimentary coffee. Terrible place to stay

I want to start my review by saying how incredibly helpful and kind the staff at this hotel was, especially since we did have a few issues. We picked this hotel specifically for the pool for our toddler and were very disappointed when we arrived and found out the pool was closed and we didn’t receive any advances notifications. The manager did get us access to another hotel pool 10 minutes away, which was great and we really appreciated, but still not the same as being able to walk a toddler downstairs to a pool. My in laws also joined us and even though we requested to have rooms close together in advance, they did not accommodate that request, even after my in laws had to change rooms due to an ant infestation in their room. Overall, just not what I would have expected from a Marriott property.

The staff was the best thing about our stay. We especially liked Christopher and Summer. And Grace was so kind and helpful at the front desk. Please thank your staff for us. Jeff & Rezvan

Superb

There was no free breakfast, as originally advertised. Instead, a bistro. Hotel neighbors Carrabba's Italian Grill - an excellent place for dinner.

I always get stressed about finding a good hotel to stay at but this was the best hotel that I could have picked for our stay. Everything was so nice and clean. No complaints!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. We liked everything.

I did not get the room I reserved, and we had to change rooms due to an ant infestation in our room. We had to wait until the next day to change because they were fully booked.
