I am currently recovering from an accident with significant leg damage and was concerned about stability in the shower......boy did she take care of it better than I expected!! Thank you!

I wish every hotel check in had a Robert. He was very friendly and has a good blend of professionalism and humor.

We like this location because it's off the beaten path, quieter but still close to CSU (our main destination). The breakfast is nice and super convenient. I like that they have greener options and let you choose how much housekeeping you want during your stay. Also, they have moved the coffee to the lobby so it's available 24/7 and you don't have to wonder about "is the coffee maker clean?" or "did someone do something to the coffee maker." The soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. are in refillable bottles = less waste. The blinds are a bit hard to operate (the chains get confusing). Also, first floor rooms you can hear breakfast prep begin in the morning if you're on that end of the hallway.

We have been displaced a few times for home repairs and have preferred this hotel for our stays. Home repairs are stressful and we can sleep well and relax. It's clean, quiet and the breakfast was delicious. Best hotel in the area.

Excellent staff! Very clean

We don’t know how we could be charged $240 for a room with all these problems: 1) the a/c was loud like a $60 room when it kicked in, 2) the toilet was clogged by the previous inhabitants and had to be plunged by front desk worker (note to cleaning staff-make sure all things are in proper working order, not just clean), 3) there was no non-slip mat in the bottom of the shower. My wife fell getting out, hit her head and bruised her elbow, wrist and a couple fingers, her leg

Friendly helpful staff, including food & Bev and housekeeping. Quieter location Good breakfast I also liked that they don’t bother with the in room coffee maker. There is always coffee available in the lobby. Especially when you never feel certain that the machine is clean. HVAC was not consistent in both rooms. One had a digital panel and the other room had manual. And for some reason it was always wet on the floor by the ice machine. ??

It was tucked away off the main road. Good parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet. We asked for a disability room hoping it would be a shower with a bench seat. The room had a bathtub. We had to call down to the front desk to figure out how to work the shower. It was something we had never seen. Staff should have explained how it worked when we checked in. The hair dryer also did not work, but the staff replaced it quickly.

Good, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy, too!
