Good breakfasts

Very clean and comfortable rooms, pool was great nice workout space. Breakfast was good. No coffee in the rooms but fresh brew is available in the lobby. We couldn’t get WiFi to work . No hot water when we arrived but in the morning it worked fine.

First room had wet dog odor. But staff were helpful and moved me to another room (upgrade). Breakfast was typical but the bacon was thinnest I have ever seen and overcooked. Also backed up to busy road that was incredibly loud in the AM- get front facing room.

Uncomfortable for sleeping

La abitacion estaba bien, solo que el baño estaba un poco sucio el piso y las molduras de alrededor tenían mucho polvo acumulado, la bañera tenía silicon muy viejo y sucio. No fue tan agradable usar el baño.

I cannot say that there is something unique about this place pretty average , normal hotel state with the exception the everything was above the normal.Really great experience.

Very nice and clean. Safe location. Super friendly staff. I utilized the laundry and everything worked well. The pool was warm and relaxing. Good breakfast. Located close to several restaurants and shopping centers. Would definitely recommend.

OK, but nothing special. Breakfast was nice but food was consistently running out. Honestly not worth the price.

The toilet in the ADA room was ADA. It was a standard toilet, too low to the ground for me to use.

Personnel were great, hotel very clean. Fitness room needs work on treadmill, controls not functioning properly. Breakfast nice every morning.

Exceptional

Checked in late after discovering the hotel that our property management company booked for us while our house was undergoing repairs was horrid. The check in person was so understanding and so nice. Holiday inn Express is one of those consistent places where they are clean, comfortable and quiet. And this one was one of the better hotels we've stayed at during all of our travels. It was immaculate. The AC worked really well, the beds were really comfortable and we could not hear anyone from outside the room which was great. I didn't need to use the breakfast but the coffee was really good. We had signed up for the IHG member rewards and so we got a late check out. I appreciate having this option around here.
