Comfort Suites Fort Collins Near University

Breakfast is the same each morning - eggs, meat, bread items/waffle maker and cereals/yogurt. Good coffee. Beautiful tree-d parklike setting with well lighted parking areas. Our room was quiet and very clean. The windows open, which is wonderful. The tv is set up to be directly in front of the bed, instead of the small couch, which is a bit odd. We had a fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a safe. Bathroom has a fan, heat lamp and nice long counter with storage. Another odd thing is that except for a small hook on the back of the door, there is absolutely no other place to hang wet towels. There is plenty of room, so I didn't understand that at all. Not even a place to hang a handtowel. The pool/hot tub looked clean and nice, but we did not use them. There is a nice laundry area for customer use. Towel bars or hooks. A tv nearer the couch area.

Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. The pool and breakfast were very nice. We would stay here again.

Said that what we thought was a pet friendly hotel guess we’re being loud in the hallway at six in the morning hotel staff proceeded to knock on our door, waking my two small Children and myself at 6 AM saying my dog was barking, which was the first time my dog was barking due to the people in the hallway being loud. My dogs were very good only given that time and for them to say someone called us in for a dog bark is ridiculous. They are dogs. They weren’t going rampant.

Staff was very friendly and good breakfast. The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was fine just sleeping on the sofa.

This was the most unpleasant stay we've had at a comfort in. Our floor and tables were sticky in our room. Breakfast was inedible and there were lots of people hanging around the parking lot. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly though.

Wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful, nice breakfast, with hot items available. WE enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The only negative for me personally was the height of the bed. I am short, 79 years old and had to climb up into it. It was comfortable after I got in. ;)

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and have everything you need plus a great shower. Hot breakfast is good with all types of food offered. The indoor pool and hot tub are great for kids and family. Very quiet. Just a great place to stay.

Room needs updating. One of the furniture was broken when I arrived. Refrigerator was very noisy. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good (included scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles). The mattresses were a bit squishy for my taste.
