The toilet also did not flush normally. I could never get it, but my husband somehow magically had just the right timing. The breakfast was mediocre at best

It was my husband and I's 25th anniversary, so we decided to spend one night in Fort Collins. The front desk agent, Cheryl was extremely helpful with giving us the best venues to celebrate our anniversary. My husband and I both appreciated Cheryl for taking the time out to help us. She was a true professional at her job and very personable. When I am traveling to Fort Collins for personal and business, I will stay there again. Thank You Cheryl!

Was so pleased with the hotel overall, manager Cheryl is awesome and staff is hardworking, hot tub was down for most of stay but they got it fixed by end which shows their sense of urgency. One thing I’d ask is if they could offer hard-boiled eggs at breakfast as alternative to the scrambled that’d be amazing.

Good breakfast .. very helpful service staff.. It would be better if there were some lactoce milk free choice, at least Yogurt or cheese. The pool lift pictured in the advertisement for disabled persons was not functioning .They said the battery needed to be repaired but they did not seem to work on it although inquired about it weeks in advance.

Close to restaurants, shopping and medical centers. We were there for appointments. Also, great breakfast and pet friendly.

The manager Ms Cheryl went above and beyond to help me with a situation before we arrived. Ms Cheryl had the hotel in tiptop shape. Not only did she cover the front desk but I seen her upstairs helping as well!!!! The staff always had a smile on their face, was friendly and asked how days were going etc. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Location was right in town with so much within 10 minutes or so!!!

Comfortable bed and pillows. Waited to check in for 10 min while front desk person was on the phone. A line was behind us.

The room was clean and comfortable, the rear entrance wasn't working when I arrived and it was fixed within hours, the breakfast was excellent with waffles, eggs, cereal, sausage etc., the check-in was quick and painless, all at a very reasonable price that is comparable to economy motels. I will be looking to stay at comfort suits whenever possible.

The two main beds were very comfy. The room smells. The pull out mattress (sofa bed) in room 100 had very gross huge stains on it (blood? Feces? Food?), food crumbs on the sofa bed and it was so old it was so uncomfortable to sleep on. Feels like sleeping on metal springs.
