Residence Inn By Marriott Fort Collins

Welcoming staff! Traveled from Illinois and was cheerfully greeted. Very clean lobby and reception area. Room was lovely-stayed 3 nights. Quiet, slept well. Good location for our needs. Would recommend!!

Plenty of space in the rooms, modern decor and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Too bad they took out the hot tub.

First off, the room we booked, a 2 bedroom suite was not available even though I booked it months before the trip. Ended up getting 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Rooms were clean, the lady at check in was a bit overwhelmed, was a bit stressed over our room being given away. Breakfast was okay. It was nice having the full kitchen since my daughter had to wash bottles and her pumping equipment.

All great other than room was only cleaned one time when we asked for it during the five day stay

Friendly & helpful staff. Room was a little dated but clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Easy access to restaurants & shopping.

Lovely place to stay large rooms

Lots of anemities. Pool, office, outdoor patio sitting, and complimentary breakfast. The staff was so nice.

Location Hotel is tired with multiple features inoperative. We eventually changed rooms and accepted a small courtesy rebate as compensation for multiple accessory malfunctions.

Neither Tv worked in room 108

As always, the room itself and breakfast were great, and pool was adequate (though a little cold). "Gym" is quite the overstatement, but it's Colorado, so there's plenty to do outside for legitimate recreation!

Nice two bedroom suite and reasonably priced

Was good enough. Over priced do what they actually offer.

Everything else was great. Bed, bathroom, and breakfast were all comfortable and delicious. If they just fixed the stuff above this would be a five.

The television wasn't working and showed "No Signal". Staff looked at it and said they couldn't fix it but would get someone in to look at it in the next few days. None of my 4 devices would connect to their wi-fi. Was again told it would be looked at in the next few days. I asked about moving to another room as I need to be connected and have access to broadcast news for my work. Was told other rooms had same problems. Funally went to Starbucks to work. Room was not entirely clean - dirty towels in the tub and a dirty washcloth that hsd blood on it. I moved to a different hotel late at night.
