When we arrived, our hotel room had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled like vomit. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom for a family of 6 for two nights. There was absolutely no conditioner in the shower, and the sofa bed was broken. Whoever cleaned/prepared our room did a terrible job!

The AC unit for the main part of the building that was outside the window was very loud.

The hotel was great, clean and with good amenities. We slept well after traveling so far, all the way from Orlando. The morning front desk staff, Atoul helped us to make our travel meaningful by giving information as to where we can visit before leaving Fort Collins. We drove to Horsetooth Reservoir, about 15 minutes drive from the hotel. It was a beautiful place, with wonderful mountain scenery and the lake was awesome! Thanks again, Atoul!!!

The room smelled like wet dog and there were ants in our room - all the front desk said was "sorry".

The carpets were filthy, the hotel was loud and there were transient people hanging out all around the building, it felt very unsafe and we checked out a day early. We are hoping they will refund the last night that we did not stay since it was so bad.

It was just what we needed.

Friendly staff, great location, great breakfast.

Well warn hotel.

Great, friendly staff. We really liked them. We were disappointed in the a/c in our room. It never really got down to “sleeping temperature,” which is in the 60s for us. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. As a family of blondes, it was not exciting to find multiple long dark hairs in the towels, wash cloths, and shower. The towels and linens also had some unfortunate staining. I’m sure they were clean, but it didn’t look inviting. Other than those things, it wasn’t a bad stay.

Staff was pol7te, knowledgeable, and friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. Building was located in a nice, convenient area, and was well-maintained.

Clean room, staff was nice, breakfast was good and free parking was a plus. Price paid for the night was a bit high for what you get. Stayed at a lot of hotels (military) and I have paid cheaper prices for nicer hotel. But overall it was good experience.

Breakfast sucks but great place to stay overall.

I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it. So I lost the money, okay, and while I was quietly squelching down my feelings they took it a step further and charged a "no-show" fee. It's a fee for not having to clean the room, I guess? They already had my full payment and they charged extra when they didn't have to do any work to keep my money? I don't know, I guess they don't count on repeat business. Plus it was kind of dingy looking. Wouldn't recommend.

Seemed like they were maybe understaffed at the front desk? People were friendly and there seemed to be sufficient housekeeping staff. Things were clean.

Clean enough. Quiet enough. Comfortable beds.

From the Expedia website this looked like a nice property to stay with high reviews. Ummm, no. The lobby was dirty, I literally had to shoulder open the door because it was stuck, the bed had a curve to it like Noah’s Ark and the front desk person had an attitude. Terrible accommodations. We stayed for 2 hours and left for another hotel as this was no place to treat my wife to.

Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch. Hayden was accommodating in providing us an alternative room.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Decent hotel breakfast.
