Friendly staff and well accommodating due to we did not turn up till 2am due to flight delays they were great every thing was awesome no complaints

The room and common areas were very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Earplugs were provided by the bed but it was a quiet night and we did not need them. The one thing that disappointed us is there was only one chair in the room. Would have been nice to have a place for both of us to sit. It was very nice to be able to park there and walk the town without moving the car!

Property was in great shape for the most part. It’s a vintage building with all the pros and cons of being a grand old hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Their in house lounge is amazing, great cocktails and live music most nights. Their lone elevator did go down during our visit which was a minor inconvenience. The staff was very helpful and apologetic about it. Still our hotel of choice any time we visit Fort Collins though.

The Armstrong Hotel has a wonderful ambiance of old world charm with modern touches. My room was very cosy - I had a corner suite - and the additional sitting room area was perfect for me to use as a work space. The bed was so comfortable it was like getting into a fluffy cloud every night. The staff were very helpful and friendly and my room was always beautifully cleaned every day by the cleaning staff. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and fresh and the downstairs bar area was an added bonus that felt like stepping back in time. It's near to all amenities in Downtown Fort Collins including cafe's, bars and shops of all types. It is just a couple of blocks from a Target and a Lucky's Market so I could stock up the fridge in my room with snacks. Really, there is nothing I would change.

Very classy historical place

The staff was great and really friendly. The location in Old Town is perfect. Parking was a chore and because I met my wife there we had two cars and they will only give you one parking pass. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the room.

The only issue I had was that both nights I stayed there I had very loud neighbors in a room next door. Once I called/texted the staff they did sort it out AND they have earplugs by the bed which I had to wear.

Hotel is in downtown close to many restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. The room was small-medium size, clean, nicely setup, with some amenities and very cozy. Bed and bedding very comfortable, we loved the ambiance/sound machine. They have a happy hour everyday, parking was available on property, Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Room was clean but located above a/c units so noisy all night because the units would kick off and on all night and the building’s entire units were below the window. Only one elevator and very slow. The parking was very disappointing and should be free because of the inconvenience. The location to downtown restaurants and shops was excellent. It is a quaint boutique hotel and was aesthetically decorated and a lovely experience from main stream hotels. Loved the lobby and onsite restaurant. It would’ve been nice to have just sat and enjoyed a meal or coffee or read a book. It was not a restful stay because of the a/c unit noise, there was even noise machine provided but that was not much help. If you are disabled or elderly, the bathroom was not ADA even though I requested it.

Great boutique hotel right in the middle of Old Town. Great service and the accommodations are really nice.

The location in Old Town Fort Collins is fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and our room was comfortable and beautiful. The bed was amazing, but I have to give a special shout-out to the shower. Seriously, BEST. SHOWER. EVER. I didn't want to get out of it. 😂 The speakeasy-style cocktail bar in the basement was another highlight. Such a cool atmosphere, great cocktails, and the staff down there was impeccable as well. The Armstrong isn't inexpensive, but the experience matched the price. Between the location, the room, the incredibly comfortable bed, the fantastic staff, and that glorious shower, it made our Fort Collins weekend feel like a real getaway. We'd absolutely stay here again!
