Great Hotel in a perfect downtown location. Staff are excellent. Spotlessly clean. Had a meal in the restaurant for dinner which was very good. Only one casual chair in the room

Hotel is lovely, clean, great decor, easy walk to restaurants Husband thought bed was a little soft and was woken by train noise (we turned off the white noise machine that is in the room). Room is small but a great value.

Very charming, great location, excellent staff. Perfect place for a Ford Collins weekend stay.

Beautiiful and well located.

The location was good. I didn't like having to park off site for $20 per day or having to pay $75 for a small, house-trained dog that doesn't require additional cleaning. It's a joke. I also didn't care for the constant opening and closing of the exit door near the room up until midnight. It should be locked after 9p, requiring people to use the ground floor.

Nice experience in an old hotel tasteful, decorated, and comfortable. You are greeted by a nice and very helpful gentleman. Great place to stay to walk that fun town. The parking was a little difficult only because we were traveling for a month. We had to haul much bigger suitcases and electric cooler down the street.

Clean room. Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Great location in Old Town.

My favorite hotel stay when I visit Fort Collins. Hotel reminds me of a boutique Hotel but the staff are the cherry on top. Super nice, considerate & warm hearted!

Exceptional

Location. Service, rooms. All of it

Perfect location in the heart of the old city. An inviting ambiance in the stylish lobby, a welcoming receptionist with a clear passion for hospitality. I unexpectedly received an upgrade to a spacious corner suite with a beautiful view of the street. I was not bothered by street noise, but earplugs were provided just in case. The suite was fully equipped: two large TVs, a sound system, a refrigerator, and a capsule coffee machine. The staff was friendly and resolved a minor issue that arose very professionally. The decor of the suite was somewhat eclectic for my taste and did not quite fit the 1920s building.

Really enjoyed our stay. The Armstrong Hotel is lovely. Fabulous staff and a perfect location; we will definitely return for another visit.

I loved both the location and the hotel. Close to everything in Ft Collins Old Towne and just the general ambiance of the hotel.

This was one of my best hotel experiences in a while. The rooms were clean and charming. They actually cleaned the room daily. The amenities were fantastic. The staff couldn’t have more nicer or more helpful. I visit Fort Collins every year, and I will be only staying at The Armstrong Hotel from now on
