It was clean and inexpensive, not fancy, as expected.

Great little motel! Clean, friendly, quiet. Awesome place.

Breakfast excellent. Coffee,juice, cereal, milk, yogurt, plus two hot choices. Hot english muffin with egg bacon and cheese was enjoyed. Hot and cold filtered water available in lobby.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Altho the building is older, it was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Definitely covers the basics well. They also provided hot breakfast sandwiches as part of breakfast. A gas and convenient store were also right next door! I would stay again when back in Ft Collins.

This is a newer vintage motel. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast offerings were limited but sufficient, tasty, and well maintained by staff. Their breakfast muffin sandwiches were delicious and better than any similar fast-food breakfast. Many fast food and restaurant options available in the immediate area as well a King Soopers. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises. Access from the south is a bit unusual but that is due to "upgrades" the city has made to North College and not under the motel's control. Take a left at the W. Wilcox Ln traffic light then a right into the Loaf n Jug. Drive thru to the motel which is just to the north. Access from the north is directly off N. College. The office needs to be more obviously signed. It shares space with the breakfast area and does not stand out from it. Finally, if you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to request first floor rooms when you make your reservation.

The downsides were the shower / bath situation. You didn’t get hot water unless you ran the water for 5-10 minutes which seemed really wasteful. The room I was in also had thin walls so you could hear people having clear conversations. Other than that, it was not a bad property, right next to a grocery store, convenience store and Starbucks.
