Comfortable room, clean, but the bathroom was pretty small Housekeeping did not refill the coffee pods, even on the day they actually did "housekeeping". Plus I was charged for 2 bottles of water that really should have been complimentary after staying three nights. Just another nuisance charge that these places are sticking us with nowadays. It was only 5$ but it was an insult.

Very clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. Will go back.

1. I cannot take the presence of the air con unit in the room - such arrgmts are from the past century. Since it snowed during my stay, the unit had to be run and it was noisy. 2. The coffee machine did not work and it required replacement. 3. I was told that due to some management issues, the hotel has lost its alcohol distribution licence - it was weird to have only soft drinks at the bar and restaurant. 4. I am not sure of the quality and the taste of the prepared meal - there were ingredients which stank so badly that I could not complete the meal. 5. There appeared to have been some miscommunication between various clerks. I had an agreed late check-out and while I was away, I got frantic calls from the receptionist asking for me to pack and take my stuff out. When I explained that I have a late check-out arrgmt, I was told that there is no such thing at their hotel. Really? Eventually, he found the note from his colleague somewhere in their records and I was able to check out in reasonable manner. Such lapses cannot be happening in a respected hotel - the way the notes are transferred between shifts has to definitely improve.

Staff friendly. Rooms comfortable. Continental breakfast was expensive for what we got. Hot food not very hot. Housekeeping never came in our room. It was supposed to be checked every other day. Toilets too low.

Everything was great. I really appreciated the laundry facility.

The front desk guy when I checked in was very kind and helpful.

No amenities, water fountain or access. Overpriced breakfast but well disclosed

The shared soaps is such a gross trend. I don’t know why hotels can’t just give us our own soap. when you take a shower, the glass pans are so far separate that they leak water all over the whole bathroom. Charge for breakfast is ridiculous for a guest staying in the hotel for breakfast. I’ve been more than six bucks or so at all
