Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel

Room was clean, up to date and quiet. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel was a little disappointing. The TV was not working and they were unable to repair it, the bed area had a horrible smell coming from the carpet around the headboard. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. Otherwise, the downstairs area was nice. The pool water was too cold to swim but the hot tub was nice. It was surrounded by a beautiful area full of of other hotels and restaurants. I just wished it was little nicer compared to the front desk area.

We initially booked a room at quality Inn and it was just not up to our standards so we checked in at Spring Hill late in the evening really tired from the day and ready for sleep. The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and even willing to show us the room beforehand to ensure it was up to our standard. The room was clean room service was efficient and the breakfast was OK overall great stay 100% would recommend.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond awesome! We flew in to watch and celebrate my son’s Senior College Recital, and we had a large group. They had a fabulous eating area for us all to eat in and relax and play games. They even WASHED OUR DISHES for us!! How AMAZING is THAT??!!?? Taryn was the FANTASTIC breakfast hostess with a constant smile who made an incredible breakfast buffet AND kept coming out to check on everyone and talk with people about their lives and the great sights we could see in the area. The whole stay was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Thank you!!!
