My room was very clean , they had good drinks and food at the bar . The pool was lovely it’s self and clean . However the pool area wasn’t very tidy. It was used cups and trash underneath the chairs.

The staff was very nice and assisted us with things to do in the city. The rooms were clean and spacious! We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but the menu was pleasing. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the venue that we were attending. We booked the hotel specifically for the location and balcony which was super nice, The balcony was facing east so super hot in the morning. Also, I like to walk around barefoot and was absolutely shocked after I took a shower and walked out on the balcony and my feet were black as Coal. I tried to do some stretches on the floor and things were sticking to my hands and knees. The bathroom floor also felt a little slimy so maybe it wasn’t that clean. The hotel seemed to have a bachelorette party going on at the pool so we couldn’t really get in but we still enjoyed our stay overall. The staff at the front desk was kind.

The property was clean and well kept up. The Breakfasts left something to be desired.

There was no A/C in our room. I purchased accommodations for 6 and there was no A/C. When I called front desk, they said someone would come, when he came he said he couldn't fix it. It got to 34°C in the room. My son is asthmatic as well as I and we could not breath. I went to the lobby to ask for a room change. Rachel said there was nothing available. I asked for a fan. 30 minutes later, a male came up and said Rachel said they only have 1 fan and its not available. I had the most terrible night at this hotel. Considering me and my son are both asthmatic, the management team at this hotel was NOT helpful and made no accommodations for us as they said another party of 5 was coming soon and the other room available would not accommodate us...totally ludicrous. I am expecting compensation/full refund from Courtyard

The stay itself was good, but I was disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. The staff often seemed annoyed whenever I purchased something and chose to pay for it instead of charging it to my room. That should be a guest's choice, and I felt like I was being judged for it. Overall, the front desk employees did not come across as welcoming or willing to help, which negatively impacted my experience. I hope customer service can be improved for future guests.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming, and the amenities were great. the check-in and checkout process was easy. What stood out most was the great customer service. I will definitely return here whenever I visited.

there was hair in the bed, dirty towels under the cabinet and the comforters were not clean, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival.
