The location The owner and house manager were very rude. I asked them simple questions and they both gave an attitude for no reason what so ever.

I didn't loke nothing about this place The staff was terrible super rude didn't even give me the room o asked for then I paid more to get the room and they charge me and only gave me the room for 1 night and then took it away and still had to pay for it. The lady who's in charge the one on the phone is terrible shes super rude and mean didn't like it all wish I could get a refund.

Staff was rude and will remove you from the property no questions asked Manager was rude and he would get in your face for asking a question

Secure, gated No couch to sit on but chairs. Tv doesn't work. The bathroom floor towel it has not chance. Mixed men and women in one room.

I liked the fact that I could check in in the early am hours after a late flight arrival. I didn't like the unkempt bathroom(needed a shower, but refused it bcz very dirty)and the dirty towel on the bathroom floor. The sheets were clean, but stained, the bed was creaky, the shades were not private enough and I don't like sleeping w/cockroaches.

Good price. Good enough location for the price. Nothing bad.

I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT BOOKING.com I WILL NEVER DO ANY BOOKING.com ever again. I GOT SCAMMED before through them before. BOOKING.com should be ashamed that they allow shady, run down place to be able to do on your website. BOOKING com needs to check each establishment prior to allowing to be branded under Bookings logo.

William was awesome. The guest with me as well were a big plus. I will recommend this place to everyone Honestly everything was great.

I like William the person who greeted me, but only after he warmed up. In the beginning he put a tough guy persona and I felt like I was being stopped by the police and commanded to spread them up against the wall spread them. I guess upon realizing I was no threat he relaxed and I can only imagine what past bookings must have presented for him that he felt he needed to begin with such an approach Whoever owns this property and is advertising it I did let them know my ETA however when I arrive nobody was ready I was not giving any information about checking or how to get past the gate the locked gate or how to even announce my presence once I arrive. So I called the host and I got a recording and I left a message and say it's dark and I'm standing outside here and I've arrived as I said and I'd like to come in check in into my room. This is no way to greet a gas. I've hosted in the past myself and I would have never ever left a guess have such an experience or start off there stay with me in this manner

House is at good location,,out there lots of restaurants n bar pubs n bus stop & plus gentlemen there very helpful Kitchen should be little more organised

I had someone in the same room as me and I didn’t know them.

The place is very quiet, clean and bed is very good. Not so far from airport. Excellent option. I'll stay there soon again.

House Manager was friendly, checked with me and others everyday to ensure everything was going fine. He told us he was next door and if we needed anything we could contact him 24 hours daily. The entrance door into the duplex had an entrance key pad but the door knob was NOT secure at all. Anyone could pull it hard and gain entrance. Once inside the duplex bedroom could not be secured up on leaving. There was no way to lock the door when leaving the home. I carry very expensive laptop, medicines issued to me by Veterans Hospital that I cannot have replaced because they are controlled and they will not reissue because they would think I am abusing. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling and falling down. Same thing was happening in kitchen ceiling. Other personnel DIDN'T observe quiet time rules at all.

All is close and transport is very near. To de house. Like no noise and respect ?

It's the safest hostel in South Florida. The price is too high
