Stayed for the weekend and love how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. Everything was nice and clean. Enjoyed my stay 10/10

The break fast was good but the rooms were terrible. I booked 4 suites with 2 beds for all the rooms and when we came in they gave me one of the rooms with only one bed without informing me. The most terrifying thing about that single bedroom was that when my children walked in, there were roaches everywhere,, then in my own room the sliding door in the bathroom was broken. However, they changed my children’s room to a suite with 2 beds. In my room they were not able to fix the door until the night before we checked out. No one came to clean our rooms.

The breakfast was very good, everyone was nice.

I never even stayed here but they would not let me cancel. When I arrived they wanted me to pay out of pocket 35 dollars a night for parking and 50 dollars a night for what she called and Expedia fee per day so 85 plus tax was never 900 dollars for the 10 day stay on top of what the company was paying. They are scammers stealing money from their guests after luring them with fake prices.

We were given the wrong room for first 2 nights. A twin room which we thought looked smaller than the suite we'd booked. Only found out when tried to charge drinks to room. We were then moved to correct room which was the suite we had booked. No offer of discount! Otherwise, hotel was fine.

The staff wasn't friendly. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, which was close to the Explanade Park. There is limited parking space, and it's kind of scary to walk from the parking lot.

Great location and place to stay if attending an event or just visiting downtown Fort Lauderdale.

I love how they got free breakfast and it was close to everything

The security that it provided to its guests, the many options of the breakfast buffet, the room accommodations. The location of town that it was in and that there was no shuttle provided and the cost of parking was a little on the high side.
