It was nice and practical
-
Amazing staff very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Pool was very nice kids had a great time. The room was perfect for my family or 7 with two beds and a pull out couch….definitely staying here again.

Pros- Rooms were large and comfortable. There was a steamer provided in the room which was great. It was dirty however and needed quite a bit of cleaning. Staff were generally pleasant- only a few were not very helpful. Kiki at the front desk was very kind. Breakfast was very good- always well stocked. Met the manager by chance at the end of my stay- was very pleasant and kind. She took note of any concerns I had. Cons- Rooms were not cleaned by the 2nd day of stay. When I contacted the front desk I was informed that housekeeping was upon request. This was not mentioned to us upon check in or we would have requested it. There was also a sticker on the mirror stating that housekeeping would be done every other day, so of course I was not expecting to have to request it. It's also not standard practice in a hotel to have to request housekeeping. 3 elevators but only 2 working at a time. At one point only 1 was functional. Took forever to get an elevator to use. Laundry not well maintained- clothes remained in a dryer- was told by another patron that it was there for many days. Overall the hotel had what we needed to spend a week comfortably with a toddler.

Great place, super clean, nice staff and convenient to everything

The breakfast quality could be better specially the eggs. Also, the bathroom door is a bit tedious not to easy to open, close, and lock.

I wish I could remember these two ladies names but they are the front desk concierge and their customer service was one of the best things I experienced while being at the hotel. Only think I can recommend is that they need to clean those rooms and the bathrooms including the shower. I have sensory disability so I went and bought a shower mat along with my own comforters. The shower was filthy… The hotel also has some dark energy/spirits present.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. I enjoyed the rooftop bar, just hate they close so early. Only thing is that they were short on small face towels.
-
Most of the staff was amazing and I liked my location as it was central. Only issue was that the hot water in my shower took a while to heat up and one of the three elevators wasn’t working

Anthony the bartender was very friendly and very good with explaining what different drinks were.

Wonderful hotel! Clean and friendly.
-
One of the rooms smelled like mildew. But it was ok for the value. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.
-
Family trip and we loved the pool area, and the breakfast buffet options. We didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room the whole stay even though we requested on day 3. Also didn’t like the listed option for parking or $35 but there is a lot across the street that is free from 6 pm-7 am and then only $2/hr otherwise. Everything else was fine and staff was great
-
Limited breakfast options / ran out fast.
-
On top of this, the room was huge and clean with enough sleeping space for the 5 of us. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and the gym however but they did look very well maintained. If I ever go back to Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, we will surely go back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

I did like the rooms, one of the rooms had roaches, and the other room had broken bathroom door

I had a great experience overall.
