This is an amazing hotel. Superb service, nice bartenders and service staff, extremely clean room and bathroom, and great ambience. It is close to nice restaurants and places to see.
-
One of the better hotels we have stayed at. Great service by front desk.
-
Great hotel. Great location
-
Excellent choice if staying in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Excellent restaurants and cultural attractions within a short walking distance.
-
Also I called front desk to ask for the check out they said a noon check out. I checked out early at 10:30 the girl at the front desk says oh so you didn’t need a late check which I thought was rude to say to a customer.

The hotel was overall nice but there was no microwave in the rooms so much was an inconvenience, you have to go to the front seat for them to warm your food. Also you have no choice but to valet, what they don’t tell you is all the hidden fees behind it. On the sign it states $45 per night with unlimited in and out privileges but once you get the bill your charged $45 for parking plus $6 tax and $30 destination fee per day so for 2 night we spent $164 just to park. Nice hotel but not worth that amount to me.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is great with lots to do around the area and many places to eat

Reese was such a professional. His customer service was superb! He made my birthday weekend very special! Give this man a bonus. Also, dining experience was great too. Bar/restaurant staff very pleasant.
-
$30 "destination fee" per day is diabolical. $45 per day valet parking... no such thing as self-parking. The bar area is good but didnt have a chance to visit the speakeasy or pool.

We also would recommend doing the pool, pool bar, and the restaurant in the lobby was very nice. Service was great all around. Highly recommend staying here. They also had a shuttle that could take you up to 2 mi within the area which was very convenient

Arrived at hotel at 10am. Was told that my room was ready but would have to pay $50 to check in early, so had to wait two hours for a new room to be available. Needed to have an Amazon package delivered before going to cruise the next morning. Front desk kept saying package had to be inspected before I could take it/they weren’t sure where the package was. Finally, manager was able to resolve.

The front desk and valet staff were amazing!!! The only issue we ran into was with the housekeeping. They came to our room in the morning, asked if we wanted service. We said yes. We came back later. Still not clean. Then another young lady knocked on the door. My husband answered and asked if she was here to clean. She said no, we asked why, she said no service for your room. Then a few hours later the first lady came back and did the room. The 2nd girl was so rude, if our room isnt being cleaned, why knock on the door? Reese at the front desk was amazing!! They sent wine to our room since it was our birthday.

Amazing Hotel, We will Stay here again for Sure!! Amazing Food Too!

We were only there for one night, when booking through Expedia, we chose the city view.... We got the view of the middle ac roof, so our room windows were high. I was not impressed. Could do better, don't promise the city view and then give one of your worst rooms!
