Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale

The pool is beautiful. Great food at Harborwood Restaurant. The rooms are awesome. Comfortable bed and pillows!

There is active construction at an adjacent property, and it was noisy during the day (roughly 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), especially on the pool side of the building. The pool itself is relatively small for a hotel of this size, but it never felt crowded; we were always able to get lounge chairs and towels, and the bartender at the pool bar was friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was the on‑site restaurant. When we arrived, we were starving, and it was incredibly convenient to have a full restaurant in the hotel—but this isn’t just “hotel food.” The menu leans toward Latin‑inspired fusion with some familiar standards, the food was genuinely good, and the bar stayed open late. Late‑night room service was available, which we appreciated. After 6 days at sea, we also needed clothes laundered, and the hotel was able to accommodate that service smoothly. The location is excellent. Being right on Las Olas made it easy to enjoy the riverwalk, browse the shops, and, for my son, admire the constant parade of sports cars and luxury vehicles up and down the boulevard. The staff was consistently friendly across the board—housekeeping, multiple front desk staffers, waitresses, bartender, and valet all made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Fort Lauderdale.

Very nice property. They do have additional fees when you arrive for the resort and they only do valet parking.

Alex the bartender in lobby bar service is UNSURPASSABLE🔥… The location ,service of free transportation within 2 miles range and valet parking making this my favorite hotel in Fort Lauderdale

I paid for additional “destination” fees and “resort” fees just to have my a/c not work in my room. Very disappointing, won’t be coming back

Excellent service, environment, and experience

Great, friendly staff. The porters and valet staff were great! Shout out to James, Huss, and of course, Javier!

I loved the friendly staff. From the young men who helped me with my car to the bar tender at the pool on the 8th floor. It was an awesome experience. I also loved the fact that you are in walking distance from all the great restaurants.

This hotel is clean, the staff was helpful and it is located downtown near all types of restaurants and shops.

Clean room. Nice shower

The only downside was the noise at night. There is a rooftop bar across the street that plays loud music late into the evening, and it could be heard from our room into the early morning hours. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to request a room on the opposite side of the hotel or bring earplugs. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Property!! The entire staff was excellent. Helix at Valet, AJ at the pool bar, the entire front desk staff and everyone at the restaurant went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was well maintained and our 5 year old loved the pool! We will definitely be back! Thank you all.

Great location. Great staff and lovely accommodations. We will stay here on future trips to Fort Lauderdale.
