Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale

We enjoyed that the property offered Tesla services after your car was parked. Where there needs to be more attention is the reception costumer service. We were offered a bottle of champagne for my daughter because of her birthday- we said yes and then were told nevermind because she wasn’t 21, although her mother of legal age requested it for the group. Upon check in, there was no review of amenities- just the key and a goodbye. The valet was accommodating toward the end of our stay by allowing us to keep our luggage while we explored some more. Focus on costumer service would be good. The rooms were clean and it was nice.

The room was very clean and all the hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast package was a great deal and was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or restaurant, but the Starbucks coffee counter in the lobby was a great convenience. We typically stay at another nearby hotel, but it’s starting to feel a bit dated. Our stay at the Hyatt was a very welcome change, and we’ll most likely choose to stay here again in the future.

This was my second stay at the Hyatt Centric. The property was very clean and the staff was hospitable. I loved that it was extremely convenient and within walking distance to many popular locations. I will definitely come back.

Only disappointment was room was not stocked with bath towels , only hand towels( too small)

I liked everything about this hotel! Beautiful, clean room with all of the amenities one could want. Great customer service. The bellman was so accommodating as were the front desk staff. Inviting elevation and lobby. Even the toiletries were great! Spacious balconies with views of the nearby river. Excellent variety of dining options within walking distance. I could have stayed longer, but I'll be back!

This was the first time our family was in Fort Lauderdale and this hotel surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect. We could walk to anything we needed. There is a beautiful park next door and the view was amazing. The staff was so helpful. We got to the hotel in the morning. Check in is @4 but hotel let us check in early for a small fee. We were in our rooms ( we had two rooms booked) by 11am. Definitely went above and beyond for us and will be returning. The restaurant dont open till 7am. I am an early riser and we had an early flight home. Would have liked to have coffee at the restaurant or any where in the hotel lobby. I had to walk 4 blocks at 5am to get coffee. ( The view walking is so amazing that early i didnt mind to much)
