Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Downtown

Everything was ok but the floor was wet in the room. We told someone at night but they never came. I believe there was a leak. But the staff was great and it was close to everything

Good clean hotel in a great location walking distance from Las Olas

I found the hotel and room to be very clean and nicely appointed. The staff was always polite and helpful. You are within walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Not happy with the desk service.

It was a ok stay, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner there were alot of hair from whoever stayed prior, it didn’t look fully cleaned up in the bathroom, room had a little soggy smell as well.

The lady taking care of the breakfast room was fantastic! Very attentive and kept the place clean! The breakfast was delicious! The room was well maintained! Nice bathroom! 💗 Very impressed! 😎 Thank you!

Parking

I have stayed here numerous times. The rooms are always clean, the staff is quite friendly, good breakfast with options. I have not used the amenities.

To my surprise there was a daily charge for parking also, a charge to use the wifi.

Great location wonderful staff and a clean hotel it was a fantastic stay!

We booked a suite for 6. When we arrived we were told the suite e booked had been double booked so they were putting us in another suite. The other suite was for 2 people not 6, so they moved us again and again the room was too small so we were moved for a 3rd time. The 3rd room wasn’t a suite and was only accommodating for 4 people even though we were a party of 6. The man at the front told us to take it or leave it and there was never a manager on site to talk to. We didn’t receive any type of refund or adjustment. Overall the staff and experience was horrible and we won’t be going back.

This was a great location the front desk staff was awesome and attentive. The rooms were clean, and beds comfortable.

Parking in hotel was affordable and secure. Would come back again..

Parking was terrible. There’s only 4 spots for check in, and it’s in a garage so if there’s no spots, you have to go and park on the side street and hope you don’t get hit. The hotel was noisy and smelled like smoke .

Clean, quiet environment, at walking distance from eatery.

However the unexpected parking fee daily is crazy and should be mentioned on the website during reservation. The suite for 4 was cramp too small. And the sink did not drain. No I would not consider that Fairfield again.
