Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Downtown Las Olas Area

This hotel is on a great location the staff is great and kind! If you need a great hotel to stay at book this one!! You won’t regret it

Supposedly, this hotel was recently renovated, but doesn’t look like it.

It's location is not ideal to shops, restaurant's. A lot of homeless people near the hotel.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free stay.

Hermoso y excelente personal

Good location with easy access to the Brightline station. We had to keep asking to get our room serviced. It became a bit of a hit or miss whether the room was serviced.

AC not working. I couldn't sleep because of next door slamming doors

We had one problem. We had to wait for the elevator for almost one hour without any communication from the staff. Once we were just told we need to wait they are busy.

Great location … walking distance to various restaurants and shops … minutes drive away from the Ft Lauderdale strip … Clean and police security outside of the parking garage .. I would stay again

I wish they had bell captain to assist with luggage. Perking of $28 per day is excessive. They should have room service. Breakfast good. Bartenders friendly. Very clean rooms

Front desk clerk, Chanel made check in fun and easy. Breakfast was amazing, area was clean and good hot food with many selections. Got a $40 ticket on my car even though I paid $28 to park.

Very close to the beach and the customer service at the front desk was amazing! Nothing

Breakfast had hot and cold items daily. Fresh coffee in the lobby daily. Room was up to date and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

It was okay, surroundings were not the best

Breakfast was the only good thing. Bathtub was clogged and trash bins didn't have liners.
