Everything ok just parking only plus in the room no microwave you need to go downstairs at lobby for warm food

Everything was great!

Pool is amazing and the pizza and egg rolls and the free breakfast

The two ladies at the front desk were awesome. The room was disgusting.

Only complaint was the lack of Dressers to store clothes.

The staff’s customer service 10/10

The property only has 3 elevators and when I arrive only 2 were working and by the last night only one was working. So the lines to get in and having to stop in each floor was frustrating.

First, let me say that I truly thought this was going to be my favorite hotel. I’ve stayed at this brand twice in Georgia, once in Tennessee, and once in Tallahassee, Florida. This was my fifth stay, and by far the worst. No one explained I had to scan my room key before selecting my floor, so I rode to multiple floors before another guest helped me. Our first room smelled awful, and the shower had hair and stains. The second room had soap left on the bathroom counter and stained pillowcases. I wanted a refund but was told to contact Expedia. I was also given conflicting information about my $150 deposit. The customer service was rude, the coffee station was dirty and empty, people were smoking marijuana outside, and only one of three elevators worked in a 17-floor building. Overall, the hotel was dirty, uncomfortable, and very disappointing.

Breakfast was complimentary and was decent. Our room appeared clean at first but after walking on the floor with new white socks, we realized that the floor was extremely dirty. The shower was dangerously slippery and being a disabled woman it was very difficult to shower! After spending all day out, upon returning to our room, we discovered that housekeeping had not entered and nothing was cleaned. Wet towels still on the floor, bed unmade, etc. Will most likely look elsewhere next time.

It’s a great property but parking is not included and there’s a public parking lot in front which we used and it wasn’t bad.
