Tru by Hilton Fort Lauderdale Downtown

The room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the gym and the pool view outside of the gym. Breakfast was good. Shopping area around the hotel wasn’t far. Las Olas is near by, we had a ball!

Bathtub extremely dirty, staff rude and not helpful at all (only ones working at check in) the check out clerk was very nice and professional, too and it was his last day there.

The room was a little small for me. And doesn’t have closet but everything else was great.

Good for the price! Stay less than 12 hours.

Staff was great. Specially Ms Kiki at the front counter. Even though she was off the clock she helped and was so nice.

Decent breakfast, and decent amenities. No housekeeping for my room, and never got the extra towels I requested, ended up picking towels from the gym.

The staff was always attentive and happy to help.

Glass windows are not cleaned. Hard to see outside through glass windows. But overall nice place to stay

Overnight Amtrak trip. Would stay here again. Hotel was clean. Friendly staff. Decent Breakfast options. (No to the turkey sausage!). Easy access to Amtrak station. Close to downtown Ft Lauderdale and eateries!

Good hotel, great for one night. I must mention the breakfast was one of the best i've had from a hotel! The surrounding area wasn't terrible however a lot of unhoused people.

Nothing I didn’t like it at all the staff dos not have hospitality at all and also I did to call up there to find out what floor was on they were supposed to tell me at the counter but they didn’t and there is no room service no new towels and it was mold in the bathroom and they didn’t even change our room I was not happy I won’t ever come here again.

The Tru by Hilton is great, my only complaint is that I asked the night shift manager if there was a possibility for late checkout? And I kept getting told that they didn't know and that I had to wait until the morning.

I found the noise level from outside and inside to be excessive.

The room was clean. The location was not the best. There was a serious lack of parking. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room temperature was hard to regulate. We were either freezing or burning up. No in between.

Thanks for accommodating my request to have my luggage stored for training trip!

Small, but clean room. Breakfast was good. Good place to stay for both airport and cruise terminal.
