I wanted to love this hotel so much but there were a few things that lack for the cost. We had 3 bedroom w/ river view which was spectacular. The room was clean to our eyes but there was an old cigarette cup from the previous guest left on the balcony. NO room service, if there was anything needed you have to go down to the lobby to get it. Customer service number was not working so I had to reach out via message and was informed that the number changed and still need to be updated as I tried to reach the hotel for days prior to check in to ask questions and was unable to. Towels are not provided at the pool so bring your own. We weren’t informed of how anything worked when we checked in so when we got in the elevator to go to our floor we were dismayed when we couldn’t get the elevator to stop on our floor, thankfully there was a resident on a higher floor that called the elevator who informed us of an inconspicuous scanner under the numbers to scan your room key to allow you to go to your floor. We weren’t informed about any of the amenities or how to find the pool. Parking is $40 per night which we didn’t find out until the day of check in, there is cheaper parking nearby but we had a family of 7 with 2 small children so we weren’t going to drag them through the streets when we checked in so late so we just ate that cost for convenience. Also, if you’re bringing a boat it will not fit in there. It’s also extremely loud due to area and constant trains from track under hotel

Great stay

The staff was cold and not helpful. There is no explanation where to park- don't expect to have anyone to welcome you or take your bags. You basically have to park in a crowded parking garage, lug your suitcases around trying to find the elevator or lobby and then get a cold response when you check in. The room was OK but had no TV in either bedroom. No towel bar, hair dryer, etc. Now here's the kicker- no one told us that there is a train that goes by on the hour, blasting its loud horn and literally shaking the room! It kept us up all night long and we got no sleep! In the morning, I went to the lobby and let the front desk person know I was unable to sleep and before I finished my sentence he said: "the train, right?" They are well aware of this issue but do NOT disclose this. The only reason we checked in was to get a good night's sleep before an early flight, but that never happened. The man at the front desk said he would have management call me later in the day to address our complaints, but never received a call and it's over 16 hours later. I am not holding my breath here. Bad, bad experience!!!

WiFi was spotty and kept buffering. Also the railroad noise was anxiously loud. Great resort except this two things. Location is excellent

Front desk couldnt have cared less. Room key and a maze to walk. Figure it out on your own. Would not recommend staying

Always a good stay at Flow. Location is unmatched, rooms are modern & in good condition. Views are also very good.

This is an amazing hotel. Great deals. Amazing views. The swimming pool and bar area on the rooftop has some outstanding views. Definitely worth the money.

Love everything about this place. It was definitely a home away from home. Great staff. Clean clean clean and cozy . The residents there were super friendly and inviting

“Front Desk” seemed like it was a bother to help. They also looked like they rolled right out of bed, sloppy t shirts, unkempt. Pool had people throwing footballs across it, making it impossible to take my 5 year old in without feeling like he wouldn’t get hit. No Towels. Front desk never once answered the phone anytime I called. I had to walk down and ask for everything. Our room was not cleaned either day we were there. WiFi did not work for first day. We stayed at Hyatt Centric right next door the week before and wish we would have stayed there again instead of Flow. Not impressed, would not be back.

The staff do no answer their phones at all, they do not reply to emails. If you’re calling for reservations they will not answer. It seems as though no one answers a phone at all even when you are paying to stay there. They got back to me almost a day later about a reservation change request to add a person on a reservation I’ve already paid for. Called to get directions to the lobby, no one picked up. It was a horrible experience and very frustrating. The hotel itself is nice. But beware you are right next to the train tracks which do not stop all night.

Clean room

Staff by far was the the greatest highlight. Rooms clean and BIG. Get the one bedroom suite it’s only 100.00 difference if you think you want to save money. Hands down
-
We love this place. A bit surprised by the adding of a resort fee since our last stay.

Clean room. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen amenities.

It was a bit hard for us to figure out where to check in after parking in the parking garage, but we did eventually find it! Our 3 bedroom hotel was perfect for my family of 5 - 3 older tall sons. The kitchen came in handy for breakfast and lunch too. I would say the Brightline train was a bit loud, but nothing too horrible. Just bring earplugs if you’re worried. We enjoyed having The Warf so we could listen to the DJ from our balcony, but again, if you’re worried about noise, just come prepared. All and all, it was a great experience for us!
