Great stay at Flow Hotel Fort Lauderdale! The pool was amazing and clean, the gym had lots of equipment and the room was big and had a full kitchen. The location is really great being on the riverwalk and close to Las Olas blvd. The only issue is the noise with the many trains going by next to the building. But we were ok with it as the location and amenities were great!

I happend to see the property on hoteles.com and I only thought Flow was high rise condos in downtown Ft Lauderdale. I live about 20 minutes away and there was an event downtown so i booked for the weekend. Great decision I decided to stay 2 nights and it turned into 6. The amenities are great! The pool and Jacuzzis where great. Cold plunge and gym was great too. I recommend this property 100 %

Perfect place to stay in Ft Lauderdale. Central to so many things to do!

Perfect spot right on Las Olas—walk to restaurants, parks, and shops. The 2-bedroom gave us grown-ups and kids our own space, which was a lifesaver. Clean, modern, and had everything we needed (washer, full kitchen, coffee maker). Loved the pool, hot tub, and cold plunge too. Super close to the Everglades port for our next trip. Paid parking, but worth it for the convenience. For anyone on a road trip needing a 2–3 night recharge spot, this was absolutely amazing and will stay again in a heartbeat!

The esthetics were very nice and well thought out. I particularly loved the embroidered towels and sheets. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The light rail was right outside our window and that kept me awake unfortunately. I would absolutely stay here again and most likely will.

The Flow Hotel is impeccably designed. Rooted in mindfulness and just general awesome vibes, they think of every little detail including sending guests a packing playlist (a nice touch) & having daily activities like yoga and board game night. The rooms are stunning and I thoroughly appreciated the moody lighting. The bed was super cozy and the full kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking. Shoutout to the Nespresso machine that definitely worked overtime during my stay. Having in suite laundry with laundry detergent was life saving during my two week stay in Florida. The staff were always delightful and went out of their way to ensure I had the best stay. My favourite part was the pool! I spent every day there, soaking up the sun on the luxurious loungers. Also, while parking on site is convenient, it’s quite expensive ($40 US a night), especially if you’re staying for a while. But I learned there’s a lot around the corner at approximately $12 a night if you don’t mind a little walk. I might offer two small suggestions. Lots of doors required key fob access, and providing guests with a map, could be helpful. Once you got the hang of it, it was no big deal. A pair of in room earbuds may also be nice, for those who could be sensitive to the rumbling of the midnight trains. I was worried about the sound at first, but I actually slept right through it, and wasn’t an issue for me. Honestly loved my stay at Flow and the next time I come to Fort Lauderdale, I’ll definitely be back.

This was my second stay at Flow and it was lovely as expected. Although Hemingway's restuarant at the rooftop is no longer there, the new establishment, Flow Cafe is just as nice. Marcela and her team did a great job in making me feel welcomed.

Absolutely gorgeous property and amazing staff! Everyone that worked there was genuinely happy to greet us and help where it was needed. On our last morning of our cruise I accidentally requested the wrong dates due to "vacation mind" and Adrian stepped up to the challenge and assisted us in fixing the challenge with the booking website and removed a ton of anxiety for us in the first 10 minutes of our visit. The follow through of the assistance continued when he offered to hold our luggage while we enjoyed the Los Olas Bvld area and get us checked in a it early. We will not bother staying anywhere else in the Fort Lauderdale area! The Flow was top tier in all regards and they have secured a family that looks forward to visiting this Fall with the rest of the family. Location was perfect with so many dining and entertainment options a walking distance away as well as Publix. My absolute favorite subs and a must go when I travel South
