Property is always a homerun for me bc of location, entertainment, restaurants, it’s in the literal heart of Fort Lauderdale. Unfortunately on this visit I was put in the older wing versus the tower, and for the second time in at least 2 years the pool is being renovated thus closed. However, they do provide transportation to Hyatt Centric where u can use their pool. Staff is excellent, restaurant there too, they also had an illusionist and that show was fun.

Very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to all the attractions on Lad Olas. We will be back next year.

Fantastic Old Florida resort in the heart of Las Olas Blvd, Easy for walking, dining, entertainment and business. Within :15min of the airport, Cruise & Convention and Marina centers. Walking distance to the beach, Riverwalk and historic areas. A family favorite.

Great location, comfortable stay. Enjoyed the lobby and musical (piano) entertainment. Staff at the reception desk appeared busy and seemed preoccupied rather than being pleased to greet/welcome/assist guests. They appeared to be multi-tasking while checking us in.

The valet and bell staff, however, were absolutely amazing! They provided excellent service, were extremely helpful, and made our experience much more enjoyable.

Nothing is good except the location. The noise cancelation is zero, we've heard what people talk about in the room next to ours as if they were in our room. The dog in the room on another side was barking all day and night and we couldn't sleep. The stuff is unfriendly. When I did reservation they have sent me the list of amenities, and there was a pool in the list, when we did the check-in the lady told us how to get to the pool. When we went to the pool it appeared to be closed and the host at the door just laughed at us when I said no one notified us about that prior to booking or during check-in, in opposite, they all actually confirmed it is available.

Great! Location and amenities were excellent.

The only good thing is the location. Dirty bathtub. Uncomfortable bed. Small and lumpy pillows. Tiny TV. Rude front desk personnel. Everything tiny for no reason. Only one elevator working, fits 2 people. Toilet slow to flush; takes 3 times. Old hotel.

Good location and nice rooms.

Room was large and modern. The coffee from the in room machine was poor and with only powdered creamers. However, there were 2 free special waters and 2 sparkling caffeine waters.

I loved everything about the property what I didn’t like it’s that you have to pay for parking; it’s not included in the stay:( but other than that it was an old meets the new kind of vibe and I loved. Everything is near and you are able to have a lovely day out without over expending. Paid parking
