Location- very close to the cruise port

Very nice property. Everyone and everything was top notch.

That everything was indoors All hotels need to minimize where carpet belong in the hotel rooms, without the air conditioner running the rooms smells like of wetness. Something I can't fully explain but you can smell the difference from when the air conditioner is on and when its off, this nice lady cleaning sprayed something pleasant and told me to leave the air conditioner on low

Had a nice pool. The restaurant and bar area had a very quiet, subdued atmosphere with no music, so it didn’t really have a vacation feel. It would probably be perfectly fine for someone travelling for business, but it wasn’t what we were hoping for on a birthday trip. We were heading to the Cruise port in the morning! Service was also very slow, and breakfast was buffet-only with no option to order from a menu. We were grateful there was a Marriott next door, as we ended up using their restaurant and bar instead. Since it was raining, walking anywhere wasn’t really an option, and the hotel itself felt quite isolated with very little nearby. Our toilet was broken, 3 ladies in one room, sometimes it would flush sometimes it wouldn’t called repair man. He couldn’t fix it and did not speak English. At 1 AM I was tired so I told him to forget about it as we were only staying for one night. Told front desk! My advice if you’re looking for a fun evening do not stay here if you’re there for a quiet business trip absolutely.

Staff was excellent, our shuttle driver was great with great local recommendations.

The location was perfect for what we needed Ease of access but the cleaning staff stole medication for the fridge ( over $1000) leaving ya with a scramble to secure more on boardat my own expense on our cruise landing a huge credit card bill... First we we told no one had been in the room only then to be told when I tried to leave the cruise ship and rush back my self to check to be told.both cleaning teams and management had checked the room and there was nothing there ( it was in the fridge!!!).. some one lied at some point and your staff stole medication( insulin viles ) so will not use this company anywhere world wide again such a shame

Great place to stay, close to ship. Ride provided to and from airport. Food was good in the restaurant and pool was nice. All staff was courteous and professional.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The location is particularly convenient for travelers using the airport or cruise port. The surrounding area is fairly commercial and not especially interesting for walking or exploring, but the hotel itself is a great home base. Parking is $20 per night, which is worth factoring into the total cost if you’re renting a car. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would happily stay here again, especially before or after a cruise or flight.

The restaurant is amazing...dinner and brunch well priced with great food.
