Everything was great during my one-day stay. I have no complaints at all. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and I truly enjoyed my visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for one night before boarding our cruise. Clean, super quick to cruise terminal. Walkable to a lot of restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a nice stay. The restaurant was really good.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Allowed me and my family to check in early on the 4th of July even though it was a very busy weekend. Me and my family truly appreciate the hospitality.

We stay here for cruise and downtown events and love the extra rooms and secure easy parking

This hotel was depressing. The lobby is small and bleak where you come in from a parking garage. The hallways are air conditioned at the elevators but become increasingly hit and humid as you go further away from them. There was a glob of someone else’s hair in shower. The bathroom is so tight you can not sit on the toilet with the door open. I am not saying it was horrible but it is definitely not somewhere that I would book again.

Excellent if you are travelling due to sports in the Convention Center

The worst place ever! They don’t change your sheets and they flip it to the other side and deceive you that they did change it.

Very helpful staff, room was clean, and it was easy to navigate parking. The hotel is in a great area with lots of places to eat at, shop at and hang out.

I stayed at the hotel for my Capella University graduation. Hotel was convenient staff was amazing along with housekeeping.

Everything was great and staff was super helpful! The only 1 improvement would be that I ask that you take the crawfish dish off the menu at the restaurant. The food was excellent and the waiters too buuuuut a lady near us ordered some crawfish dish and the smell was completely off putting while we were trying to eat. And I love crawfish but when you’re eating something else and the smell is that strong it makes you want to stop eating your own food. Otherwise we loved the hotel and the other food as well! 10/10 stars!

The truly clean and well maintenance and took care of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean towels were invited cleaned restocked with towels daily.

The scenery was great That the guest across the hall was allowing their kids to run in the hall all night making a lot of noise and they was asking for my food

Overall good experience.. I had three people in my party and paid for the breakfast. I was made aware that the third guest had not been included for breakfast. I would have liked to have know that in the description. I could have gone elsewhere for breakfast had I know this. The cost was too high and I could have eaten elsewhere had I known.

Restaurant was expensive for what it was but had great service. The shuttle to the hotel from the airport took an hour of us waiting outside for it to arrive
