Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port & Convention Center

Clean room with everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Low parking.

We arrived late in the evening and we were met with a friendly staff member. We inquired about leaving our luggage after check-out so we could go out for lunch, they said no problem. In the morning, we met Omar and Farzana, two staff members who could not have been nicer. We were impressed with the size of the room and we would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was walking distance I rented a car but honestly you don’t need one. You do have to pay for parking at the hotel I found that odd I’ve stayed at many hotels and never had to pay for parking. The breakfast was ok nothing fancy.

The place was nice the room service was a bit skimpy. Came in once in4 days we gave $5

Clean, offered transportation to cruise & airport, VERY friendly staff A little pricey!

Had a trip on June 24 til 28 abd stayed at this hotel. Members of staff were friendly, polite and always ready to accommodate your needs. Building is clean starting from the entrance to our bedroom unit. Bedroom unit is spacious. Bathroom is clean. What I like about the set up of the bathroom--- it has a separate sink and vanity mirror so one can fix oneself while others can do they're own stuff in the shower. Will stay here again on our next travel at Fort Lauderdale in the future and will surely recommend to our friends and families.

proximity to the cruise ports and shopping centers the pillows were not comfortable and the sheets had some stains

Room layout was really bad…bathroom door opened one inch from toilet,they should have given more space to this area ….fire whomever designed these spaces

Good location right beside good bars and shops. Pool facilities were disappointing but adequate

Breakfast was horrible. Too many people not enough tables. We never got room cleaned or bed made. Told had to be there 3 days. For the money we paid we should have bed made clean towels and room cleaned!!!
