I love that hotel but what really like about it the mall about food place is right the parking lot. Love the breakfast in the morning. Staff was great . The rooms need to be better clean. Floors need to be mop

Our stay was only for one night, as we chose this hotel because we had an early morning cruise to the Bahamas the next day. Unfortunately, our experience started very badly. The person at the front desk who greeted us was unwelcoming. We felt very uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and certainly did not receive the warm welcome we expected. First impressions matter, and sadly this one was very disappointing.

Everything was great!!! Breakfast awesome, no complaints at all. The only one request keeping in the lobby hot water and relaxing tea bags .

You can'tgo wrong with the Huatt. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

It took almost an hour and repeated phone calls to get the shuttle from the airport and then the driver tried to charge us more than the quoted price. Checkin was 3 pm and we had to wait until after 4:15 pm for our rooms to be ready. Welcome water was empty. Room was too pricey for their service.

We were VERY PLEASED with our stay at the Hyatt. We had an early flight and they were happy to store our luggage. They were able to arrange an early check-in and went out of their way to accommodate us! The room was spacious and the breakfast we top notch (for hotel breakfasts!)

Perfect hotel for night before cruise. Transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise are on the pricey side. Used Uber for cheaper rates. Move bar away from check in counter. It was too crowded. Otherwise it was a good choice.

The staff made this hotel experience phenomenal. Very kind, helpful and seemed like they enjoy their work (which feels so rare anymore).

Pool was clean, staff were very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again if we are back in the Fort Lauderdale area.
