Great room with lots of space to open suitcases on counter rather than floor. Lovely pool. Two pancake machines at breakfast! Good selections for breakfast too!

Location was very close to the cruise terminal and was nice to have shuttle service to the airport and the cruise port. The staff was not prepared the amount of people at breakfast on the day the ship was leaving port.

Complimentary water would be nice.

Stuff was very informative and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious!
-
We had a wonderful time the nice lady checked us in early at no extra charge thank you The breakfast could be a little better
-
Next time, instead of using the paid shuttle service to the cruise terminal, I would just grab a taxi or uber to the port. It would be about the same price and much easier. Also, there are taxis waiting at the cruise port and airport. They are not expensive and easier than uber or shuttles.
